On offense results do not equal the talent and that is by a significant margin. All kinds of high picks really not being developed. If somebody had a list of all the draft spots the Rams have on this team, physical measurements used at draft time, and told you that it would be the worst offense in the NFL over the past few years, you would think they were out of their mind.
But the underachieving is at historic levels. All the players develop at a snail pace and we see a very dysfunctional offensive line, bad route running WRs, QBs that can't make plays, and to boot an offense that is so easy to read that defense just has a big upper hand.
Simply put
Bad Offense
This isn't to say there hasn't been worst offenses in the NFL before. Our 1998 team was bad with guys like June Henley, Jerald Moore, Tony Banks, and Ricky Proehl as the key playmakers. This team has the luxury of all kinds of top offensive picks.
