I am not going to deny that Fisher does have great insight on many things but his down fall is he can't admit when he 's wrong and when he does admit it well the season is over. He's a stick in the mud that will resist all who criticize him and become more entrenched when he should be open to other voices and ideas.
I feel this is his last season and he's done as Rams coach after January.
Grits
How many coaches you know of that DON'T resist outside criticism?
Is there a coach out there taking notes and making immediate changes based on media criticism?
You forgot message boards!
My guess is that most coaches who spend every waking hour trying to figure out how to make their team better and have an entire coaching staff working together and giving them input as they spend day after day in practice, meetings and film sessions, probably set aside time to read message boards everyday to see what fans with little to no inside information are thinking. (Sorry that was as long as I could make that sentence.)
Hmmm! Now that I think about it, owners must do that too!
