I understand patience by way of injury....but at some time that needs to stop...not by way of injuries stopping...because they always occur..it's about the seeming thing that players who play and don't do their work....or the answer of "I don't know what went wrong" Or "We should be better then this".....This is going on and on....they never get to real point.....they always say what the HC says...
Point to Point...you have a HC who asks for mistakes so they can work on those mistakes......Players say they need to make mistakes so they can work on those mistakes.....
Bottom line is they make those mistakes and they continue doing them....because they NEED to work on correcting things...
How about we look at it like this....We demand no mistakes from on get go....and those mistakes are taken away ..instead of we NEED to make mistakes to learn things.....that IMO is BS...it just allows the same mistakes to continue and you can add in injuries for the fault....
This team will not go forward until mistakes are taken out ASAP....and you make that a mark to add on to......Injuries aside....I am tired of the injury point.....Stop that as being are major point of why we don't go forward.....
We don't go forward because we are weak in actually coaching and improving and developing our picks......That is why we have had so many years in last or 3rd place.....Sorry just my opinion.....and I want it to stop.....we are better then this but making stories up doesn't get that done....
