Not a fan of short Quarterbacks. Rams will eventually draft their QB of the Future. Just not sure who it will be. Maybe 2025 or 2026, however, I would not be surprised, if they make another trade for someone like Trevor Lawrence down the road.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
Now they had a gazillion picks, however, I stand by that i feel Marvin Harrison, Jr., is one heck of a player and I really like their pick of CB Max Melton & RB Trey Benson, who offers the most as a receiver out of the backfield. Their GM Monti Ossenfort moved around the board in each round and came away with some gems, plus when Murray came back, they were playing better last year, but agaiby den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemax Would anyone, right now, trade Stafford for Goff and 2 first rounders? My guess is most would. Maybe Maxie, however, go back 3 years ago and I would make the trade that brought Stafford to Los Angeles. It truly was a win win. I have nothing against Goff always wish him well unless he is playing your Los Angeles Rams, my Los Angeles Rams, our Los Angeles Rams.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
I remember back to 2016 and I felt that Carson Wentz was so much better, it was not even close. Goff although 6'4, looks small and I was never overly impressed with his interviews. Kept repeated words over and over again which showcased a lack command or extensive verbiage if you will and I felt because of his comments about the sun, maybe he was just not that sharp. QuoteRamsdude Quote21Dog Fish was a welcome change. He was Bill Walsh compared to those two. That was funny...and true! :beercan Not sure I agree as yes Fisher was an major upgrade, but he was paid well enough to be a major upgrade. I guess I should be thankful for taking teams that were woeful and making them competitive, but there was so much more he could have done and just was too sby den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
Jay Zygmunt did that when overseeing the Rams cap. He felt he was so in tune with the cap, that he felt the Rams could not afford both Leonard Little & London Fletcher, who were both free agents, so they signed Little and pivoted to LB Jamie Duncan because of cost. However, Zygmunt never took the time to contact Fletcher's agents and just ask and tell London how important he was. Fletcherby den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
I never liked Fisher, his offense was non existent and he did not care IMHO. Everyone felt well, the Rams will be at least 8-8, but they never were. Fisher did add talent and the Rams did draft Aaron Donald under his watch, but that offense was unwatchable and his OC's read from a most unwanted list in Brian Schottenheimer, Frank Cignetti & Rob Boras.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com

Everybody loves Dan Campbell, until his decisions looses football games. His decisions against San Francisco, cost the Lions a chance for the Super Bowl. Now, you take the good, you take the bad and then you have the facts of life, however, Campbell needs to understand the magnitude of the moment and check his ego at the door. You can be aggressive, but also take the points when given, especiaby den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com

When the salesman came to the car to inspect it I locked the doors so I could continue to listen to the game including the winning FG by Groza. Bad day for me as Rams lost and my mother was furious that I had locked everyone out of the car.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsdude [ I bet Larrie Marmie would even look like a genius with that much talent! lol Larry Marmie would not have been able to coordinate the Steel Curtain for Christ Sake. He was just the worst and I wish Mike Martz could have understood that and moved on, but he could not, he was loyal to Marmie and had no reason to be.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
David & Mike Shula had their struggles as Head Football Coaches as well as coordinators. However, Chris like his Grandfather Don Shula is coaching the other side of the ball with hope that the ability to coach, skips a generation and Chris Shula is more like his grandfather then his father David, who was 19-52 as Head Coach of the Cincinnati Bengals.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRockRam Kupp and Nacua are at least as big. And, while I'm sure Whittington might be fast, I'd bet he's not faster than Nacua even though his 40 time was faster. I guess game speed and in and out of breaks, maybe, but I was trying to focus on the timed speed and size and the combination thereof. I guess it went south.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRambone Gonna love J-Whitt in a Rams uni but let’s not spread myths. Again I am focusing on the combination. Whittingham is the biggest & fastest receiver combined on the roster. The combination of size & speed.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 Isn’t Atwell even faster? Yes, but I was going for size/speed combination.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
Standing at 6'1 205lbs and running a 4.47 40, Whittington is the biggest and fastest WR on the roster. Also he was a running back in High School, so watch him for those jet sweeps. Durability was an issue early on at Texas, so his best football could be ahead of him. Also taking into effect, that Eric Yarber, who IMO, is the best WR Coach in the NFL, will now be coaching him.by den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
In the past, the only return options were WR's and the Rams would have to carry and extra player at that position group for returns. Now with Kenny Logan & Boston Scott, that ensures the Rams have options at other positions. Boston Scott will most likely be the favorite unless the others pop. Xavier Smith offers the most upside because of his speed, but again, they might have to carry 7 WRby den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, everyone knows how I feel about Joshua Karty, so I will leave that alone. However, Brennan Jackson is someone that could actually be a better pro than a collegiate player because of scheme. I know the Rams loved him and ensured they got him, so although he will be a reserve IMO, I see some huge upside there. Also how can you not love Limmer, Limmer, Chicken Dinner? QuoteDavid Deacon I thought I have read that he is the best kicking prospect in the last 5 to 10 years. Still is seems like a really long time since a kicker was drafted really high. I remember when Russell Erxleben was drafted in 1979 on the 11th pick and at the time it was shocking. I am sure there are others drafted in early rounds but typically even good kickers get drafted late. Sby den-the-coach - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteShecky Can someone explain the Tutu hate. He didn't draft himself in the 2nd round. Well, the Tutu dislike combined with the Creed Humphrey lovefest. Overall, Atwell is much better than I thought he would be and I love his speed. QuoteNewMexicoRam Every shot of her she's wearing horns! Jourdan Rodrigue reported that during the draft process, she had a chance to converse with Karty and his parents and his mother told her that she felt her son was the perfect fit for the Rams and she hoped the Rams drafted him. Love his mom in horns and I am not worried if Karty has to make a tackle, he is 6'2 208lbs, good size, but hopefully the Rams will not have to count on him making many of them. Karty has a strong leg and seems wired right to be an upper tier kicker. Smart guy, Engineering student from one of the top schools in the country. The zone blocking scheme was developed at the collegiate level for the military academies, who because of weight limits, had smaller, quicker offensive linemen.
