well you do have to factor in the 2016 schedule. Tougher games , especially the road games.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Love Gurley but he has a ways to go to get in Marshall's neighborhood. #28 was the linchpin of the rams offense, running, catching and just as importantly blitz pickup.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Sorry but beating those jacks.........es is more important, followed by Seattle.just hate it when we lose to SF.In a bad mood all week. Most others day or so.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
So not picking at all. Just that it seems games they should win on the national stage, MNF vs. The hated niners and I could see them coming out flat. Will be surprised if they come out smoking like the Seattle game last Year but one can hope. This is what ram fans get with a Fisher coached team, inconsistent play.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
That last question us what I keep asking myself. If during evaluation you should have been able to figure out if JG was going to be able to start and be a franchise type QB. Now could anyone imagine if Fisher and Snead at the start of the press conference introducing Goff had said: meet our franchise quarterback some time in the future, but chances are he will be so unprepared to play as toby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
I really wish everyone could stop trying to act like they know what work Goff did or did not do over the last four months. No one on this board has even a sliver of evidence but I keep hearing some strange conspiracy theories about his work habits. To each his own, I guess.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
If that really is the case why not just let Goff learn on the field? So Wentz plays one game, gets hurt, limited in practice for a couple weeks and all of sudden Bradford is gone and Wentz starts. Meanwhile Goff is so bad he can't even beat out Mannion. Did the Rams evaluate Goff before the draft or just close their eyes and throw a dart at the QB names?by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Dude got drilled over and over this preseason and kept getting back up. Slight build and all he can take a hit. Might just be his body is able to absorb hits. He's tough .by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Not much defense played . A few good plays but mostly offenses running up and down the field. But very entertaining. Is the ND QB really that good?by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Seemed to me at least when he stayed after practice working with Britt to get the fade right and working extra on talking snaps from under center with Kush that he is more than willing to put in the extra work.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Except he would drop every other snap.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Ok I'll take a stab. On a team with offensive line issues and bad defense he is going to be pummeled into submission.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Either Fisher and Snead didn't look at Goff close enough on the board and film room or once they picked him decided not to give him the job upfront and pour everything into getting him ready or realized early on he wouldn't be ready so went another direction. Wish we knew which . But to me if you were certain he was it why would you not go all in?by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
So what. The deed is done, that dead horse is at the glue factory. Get over it . Fisher may even get his extension before the Rams season starts. Hopefully Kronke doesn't do it and let's them both know it's winning season or they can pack it in because they are done. The move is over and Fisher Doesn't have that to fall back on imo. But I wouldn't be surprised if Stan agrees That tby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Agree on the splits with AFC east but unless the giants offensive line plays much better than it looks like it will Rams could win both. And 3-3, 4-2 seems could happen either way, as they do play their own division tough.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Is Sensabaugh's contract guaranteed? If so he is probably safe. Green to PS if not claimed but think he will be.Fox could go too, lot of teams need rushers.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Do you think if he received almost all of the work with the ones from the onset of training camp like the last 4/5 #1 picks he could have been ready to start and play let's say as good as MM in Tennessee? Because he never received anywhere near that work load with the rams. maybe 10/15% tops. Of course we will never know and I'm sure everyone feels confident the answer would be no in hindsby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Fox will get signed from the PS. He looked pretty good and there are more than a few teams in need of pass rushers.(Seau too for that matter) Could see Battle staying since they will be keeping 9/10 linemen and he looks like the 9/10th best guy? Defense front 4 will be beasts. but need help at LB and the DBs not sure how they stack up compared to last year. And can we cut all the receiveby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
That high? When most of the passes are traveling less than ten yards that is going to happen. Does this team even throw deep at all this year. Defenses will just squat on the WRs.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Depends, I think they could easily go at least3-3 in the division. Think the NFC south games other than Panthers should be wins. So if it falls that way that's six wins out of ten. The other six, ?by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah but unless they only keep seven offensive linemen a couple of these guys will make it by default .by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
After that Minnesota disaster it's worth a shot. Of course first the Rams need to find a QB who can complete a pass thrown over ten yards. How the he.... do the Rams expect to win games this year?by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Fisher must be delusional if he thinks he's improved. If you are talking about when he plays with the ones yes he looks better but as soon as the backups come in he starts looking like crap . I am not going to talk about the draft at all but the fact you had a chance to work him out, put on the film, and work with him in the board and thought he was the guy then why the he...... is this haby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
First off he would be running out of the pocket on most downs with the Rams oline.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Well first I wish during these Goff plays we had access to the all 22 to see if the receivers are getting open, if he's even getting past his first read( sure seems like the line doesn't allow for more than one on most downs) . And also is he able to read the defense pre snap and is he even allowed to audible out of the called play . One thing , the offense does not look good at any position wby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Did a frigging pass travel more than 10 yards in the air? Could this offense be more predictable. The Vikings had nine guys within three yards of the ball on every down. Defenses know Rams can't complete a pass past ten yards. It's gotten to the point of being embarrassing. And Keenum actually has the weakest arm of the three QBs.Going to be a LONG season. One last thing ,Goff looked shelby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Battle shouldn't get cut ,has great upside for tackle. I'll go Williams McRoberts(two horrible special teams plays, need to know what the situation calls for, both turnovers on him.) Throw in Thomas, he sucks,Stop running the ball out of the end zone on kickoffs dude you ain't facing the Rams cover team. Tough call on running backs.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Well I agree on one thing, it's time to stop complaining about the picks given up to get Goff. That horse is dead and at the Elmers factory now. Hopefully he can continue to learn from the studying of the playbook to the film room and on the sidelines, and at practice until he's ready to play fast, slowly(where he gets it and can just play). Disappointing that he's not ready but it is settby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
