and see how many of the first rounders made it. I'm thinking it's likely pretty high.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
there were some Jets fans that were ok...but really preferred Darnold. Now...I'm biased. I think Mayfield is way better than Darnold...the only thing Darnold has on Mayfield is height. Fans ultimately rationalize a like for a player. For example, my buddy in Cleveland did not want Mayfield. But now that there are all these supportive reports from talking heads, players and rumor mill, heby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com

about everything we post is about speculation. I just hope people keep bringing it...the draft is over...we're too good to be looking at draft 2019... I'm hoping that there are more facts to support or reject these guys. For example, I had no idea who Scales was...probably because I'm not a USC fan. But, I think I've learned more about him in the last 48 hours than I could have the previoby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
We see speculation on who the final 53 will be...what the draft grade is... And...posters rip the fact that these things are even discussed because they are meaningless. Well...what are we supposed to discuss in May during the offseason? The minicamp? How articulate a guy sounds? I find these what if discussions fun and something to banter about. Should we just heap praise on how iby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Everybody has their panties in a wad over Garappolo over Goff...I don't see the list so why all the commotion? And why is everybody so upset over Garappolo getting accolades from people. I'm convinced he is a top 10 type QB. Others think there isn't the body of work. It's nothing to get upset about. BTW...I saw "A Football Life" or whatever program on Bosworth. he didn't outright say it he knew. BUT I'm almost certain that the Jets were going to take him at 3. Everyone at the draft was convince the Jets were going to take him, including their fans. So...this wait till the 4th pick was a non starter.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
which is why I wanted to trade up if there was "a guy" or to trade them, if only even up by round" for 2019. It's going to be tough. I guess the question is how it plays out on the practice squad.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
but why question the post..."it's too early.? You comment but I can't rebut? I post a legitimate talking point and you say it's premature. So...I'm hostile....ok. I'm just responding to your comment...which I think is wrong. It's great time to kick these things around....that's all. the only people thinking otherwise are pundits and skeptical fans. Mayfield would have never made it to 4.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Baker Mayfield is ...no pun intended... head over heals over the other QBs. I don't think it's close. They got Ward...and he was rated as high as Chubb on their board. They had no takers at 4 which I suspected. So, you go with your board. And it filled a HUGE need for them at corner...since they go against Antonio Brown and A.J. Green twice a year. So this is a disaster? Maybe it payby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com

over the next few months if this is premature. Personally, I think it's a great subject to kick around. Look at the roster...and look at the draft...there are some conclusions and educated guesses that can be made. As for Scales, I know zilch about him since I've read nothing on him. I just look at the bodies we have coming back, those we drafted and think about the available spots. Therby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
I was looking at the roster. I started highlighting the players that are assured to making the roster. I'm putting the over/under of players making this team at 5. This does not take into account potential practice squad positions and UDFAs. Here is the rundown. Brian Allen C - Does he come in as a guard? Is Blythe gone? Do we carry 3 centers? but in the long run, you need talent through the draft, if nothing more than for addressing the salary cap. Plus, we are continuing to roll the dice on whether we can sign a guy after we trade for him. If we don't get these guys signed, it's a dead end road. We are all so thrilled at the Cook trade. Once again, if we don't sign him, it's a failed transaction. You can't be giving up firstby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
I would have settled for the same round pick. Sometimes you can use the ammo in the following year instead of just using them for current year camp bodies.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't necessarily think they were laughing at Austin...but they were laughing at "Oh, they will use Austin differently this year"...then next year "Oh, they will use Austin differently this year"...etc. etc. etc. However, I did note some LOLs by our board members. I missed the humor.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Here is my view on this...I think we should have traded up because if you look at the roster, it's quite possible that only 4 of the 11 picks make the roster. I'll post it. QuoteRamBill Many called for the Rams to use some of the extra picks to trade up and were frustrated when it didn’t happen other than one time (the move to get OO) After seeing what happened today, here’s my theory on wby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
We all know it's too early. However, it's going to happen. It doesn't matter...people like to read about draft grades so... As for not included traded players, then the answer is I - incomplete. Right now, we are at risk of giving up a 1 for a player with a one year contract, swapping a 6th for a 4th, and a 3rd round pick in 2019. The grade will depend on if we can sign Cook...and hby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
When I saw the comment "Laughing at Tavon Austin", I was immediately struck with the thought "Why? Why are we laughing at a player's perceived failure?" Why laugh at Tavon Austin's situation yet not laugh at Greg Robinson's failure which was so much greater? Why laugh at all? It's sad. You know, so often when a person fails in a position in business or sports, we blame tby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
But he wasn't a draft pick. And I don't think Cook can have a grade on him if you do. He has a one year contract. If Cook walks in 2019, it is a failed transaction. There seems to be two methods of grading this draft. One, where you include players that picks were used as compensation and two, purely based on drafted players. The first method --- I give an Incomplete grade. We won't kby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
