The Saints could just as easily win this game. A lot of TV "experts" have been saying Saints. The Giants beat an undefeated Patriot team in the Super Bowl. This is about match ups. Both teams match up against the other. This is justifiably a pick 'em game.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Surprise surprise... TE...a C-? DaSilva is losing it... They are at best...an F for receiving and C for blocking... At best...a D-. At best.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Joyner has a pay cut with or without the Rams. Suh - keeper but the deal has to be short term Saffold - keeper...IMO...most important Fowler - wait and see...if he produces in the 3-4, you'll see a lot of teams rationalize that he should have been in a 3-4 all the time, when we all know it will have been predominately Donald who helps him excel...if he excels... Mannion - see ya Joyner -by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Mine... Either Higbee or Everett gets a TD.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
He is 24...only a couple of months older than Goff.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
but I'm thinking we ran them well over 50% of the time... It seemed like all the time. I just know I was pointing it out during the game...and when we spread out a bit, we seemed to have more positive outcomes.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Interesting...some here point to 8-0 the moment we points out some flaws we have in our game. saintsalive comes on here with a 6-1 record and points out flaws in the New Orleans team. How dare he! lol Anyway great perspective. We have our issues, even as an undefeated. Frankly, in the NFL today, all teams have flaws...the cap makes it difficult to have it all. Goff has progressed signifby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Rookie had 4 sacks and split time with Alex Okafor.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
some here say we are going to go in and destroy the Saints. I said it's going to be tough and got called out for being negative. This is the NFL and anything is possible but this game shapes up to be a battle. I would be thrilled if we blow them out on their home turf. But, I'm saying that's not going to happen. The Saints aren't chumps...and neither is their home field for this game.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
the spread starts with the home team -3 and adjusts from there.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
I think a major part of he problem with the run was we ran VERY tight bunch formations and tried to run. Our formations basically brought the DBs into the box...then we tried running up the middle. I just didn't get the strategy. A couple of Gurley's big runs at the end of the game occurred when we spread the defense and ran off tackle.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
and Fowler was about $3 million...by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
1. Get off to a quick start...we may not take the crowd out of it but having a lead helps 2. Gurley runs for 100+...maybe even 125+ 3. Pressure on Brees...we may not get many sacks but we need to be close 4. Contain Kamara...we need to keep him from going off...somehow 5. Make a big play on special teams...as we saw last week, they are game changersby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
I would feel confident. But, we have to go to there house and battle the 12th man. That means something. Vegas doesn't give the home team 3 points for nothing. We can pull this out, it's just not going to be easy IMO.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
to Cooks and Woods...and maybe one to Reynolds too. Maybe they weren't...I could have sworn...by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
I think play action causes more confusion...or puts the defense in more of a "wait and see" mode. McVay has done a fabulous job of converting Goff from a spread QB to pro style QB. As your statistics point out, this really runs against the grain of what the league is doing. While we don't run out of the shot gun often, we do run the jet sweep with that shuttle pass a lot, which isby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
the old St. Louis Post Dispatch board. Flamers. However, I will say there has been too much criticism here of critiques of the game...win or lose. You're point that this board is a great exchange of football knowledge is spot on. That's why I've been here since the GSOT days.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Miss your call out to saintsalive! Well, he'll know he is wanted! lolby jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
he usually does...a good fan and poster on the board over the years when we play the Saints.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
CB OLB TE OL - Tackle and Center I'm hoping we resign Saffold.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Oh ok! But Oackers rams are loving it! And what player wouldn't do what he did. I totally respect Aaron Rodgers!by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
Cowboys and Packers! ;) BTW...people gate the Cowboys always being on TV. Well...you have your answer.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com

Spread formation...Cooks jet sweep for 4 (missed block...lots of field) Bunch formation...incomplete pass to Cooks broken up by Alexander Spread formation...Gurley for 23 Bunch formation...Gurley for 0 Bunch formation...Goff scrambles for 4 but holding by Saffold... Aaron Donald's sack!by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
on the final play before the final play. That PI was on offense...he mugged the cornerback. Kentucky got another play with no time and capitalized. Missouri has a history of getting horrific calls at the end of the game.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
So...no he doesn't drive down for a TD. But, I think he drives to put them in FG range. The question is, would there have been any time left for the Rams to return the favor. Not likely.by jemach - RamsFootballFans.com
