I remember listening or reading to you right around the time McVay was hired, it was something about a seminar or forum you went to that Sean was at about alternative ways to run a football team, you observed that you thought he was was trying to run his team the alternative or something from that forum. I never heard a follow up on that....what I'm asking is was he running it that way
