but a top 40 or 50 guitarist in rock I did like their first 5 albums especially War and Unforgettable Fire from early 80sby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub
maybe becuase they put out a handful of albums I think Styx, Heart and Foreigner get more props but Boston way betterby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub
I always though Boston was underrated vs their peers at the time......some of the best concerts I have ever seen I will throw in Amy Winehouse.....as a singer.......poor song choices trying to be a pop star (her dad), but a phenomenal voiceby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub
Suns and Bucks.....only teams who stayed healthy small markets All Star game....ehh...summer time people out and about....do people watch all star games any more, they are ridiculous in my opinion IDK? Eurocup ratings in USA were trending upward.....by ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub

bands who were great at the beginning, but changed their sound Billy Joel was great 52nd street the Stranger, but he put out crap in the 80s as did Heart big fan of 70s Aerosmith, but not 80s saw U2 3 times at or before Joshua Tree tour, never sinceby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub

I too like Beatles and Wings....just found Band on the Run on Vinyl. McCartney was much more productive with Beatles and wrote some generational songs - IMHO (Yesterday-most covered song ever), Let it Be, and Eleoner Rigby with Beatles.....Wings was about 1 maybe 2 hits per album and although I love My Love and Silly Love songs, they are very different. I do think Baby Im Amazed, and Uncle Alby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub
although I like Peace frog.......also huge Peter Gabriel fan, so earlier Genesis is great and sounds like him and when he left, they sound like Phil Collins. Just curious why you dislike the Beatles.....their sound is so different from beginning (me-not a fan) til the end of their career. Just a FYI, Stones were huge fans and greatly influenced by the Beatles. McCartney and Jagger were frienby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub
although they shared wiritng credits, Paul "created" the bulk of the songs and really kept the Beatles going after Revolver. Lennon had a few hit songs right after the Beatles, but feel into a deep depression as he couldn't sustain any success after the Beatlesby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub
are two really overrated bands that are based on a radio hits. Not a fan of either.by ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub
those were great teams, but some poor coaching choices as you mention and questionable player choices in free agency and the draft really hurt the Ramsby ferragamo79 - RamsFootballFans.com

Not sure how he will do, but: 1. Detroit is one of the worst franchises, not only in football, but all of sports 2. He will have an offensive minded, great coach 3. Detroit has had a history of bad running back with Stafford....only a handful of 100 yd games Can only be better IMHOby ferragamo79 - RamsFootballFans.com

nice to talk soccer with you an Jimmy. I think many were surprised by Italy as they were a transitioning team (see Spain and Germany getting older). Italy didnt even qualify for World Cup so I doubt many would have picked them to win it all. Besides the back line, they are a very young team and many of their talented young players did not play or barely played. I think many pundits picked Fby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub

Congrats for making the finals.....that in itself is a feat. Good to see you posting as you and Jimmy are good to talk soccer with. I missed the game as I was traveling, but I did rewatch a lot. England did a nice job of spreading the field as seen with goal one (fantastic pass and first touch), but that right back made a huge error by letting the wing drop in behind him- I know hard to cheby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub
I'm driving up to Boise tomorrow and I will miss the semi final so there's that. :embarrassedby ferragamo79 - Bucky's Pub
