for me that would mean our WR's are doing their job. Last year it sure seemed to me that Kendricks was targeted more toward the end of the season, and more importantly in crucial situations, and my guess is that it was because of our WR play. Of course, same think will apply to Higbee, if that's the case. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
that last part about getting more throws his way... that could easily change once Goff is the starter. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
They'll be on the field together a LOT, I'm pretty sure. But I think Kendricks will fight hard for #1 on the depth chart... and by that I mean his 'play'. This year I think it will be close but I think Kendricks will be the target a bit more than Higbee... and that reversing in the very near future. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com

and I think eventually almost certainly... but I think you sell Kendricks short, if not in talent then certainly in the fire he brings to the game. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
is about to relinquish the top spot, but I do agree that Higbee may be all he's been touted to be by many on this board. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com

I don't mean the quality of commercials, (although that's true), but rather 'seeing' them. I watched the game on an internet feed, so no commercials... just blackouts during the commercials. When I had a C-Band sat. dish I loved it.. no commercials, OR, they just stayed live and didn't show the commercial. That was FUN. But Saturday all the 'blacked out commercials' on the feed did wasby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
That's good perspective then, what I was looking for. Last time I was there was in the 70's... I'm curious to see it and see if it's changed. Doesn't really look much different to me in the photos I've seen... the giant scoreboard, of course. Things I 'remember' but may not be accurate... rather small and claustrophobic tunnels. actually I like the "Fish Shirt"... and have one somewhat similar. Know what I'm a sucker for? Hawaiian print shirts. The gaudier the better. I have several. They are in my 'special' closet section, same place as my Ram's gear. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
trying to figure out who's in what position during 'rowing'. :confusedby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I looked at all the photos closely and I see some differences between today and the old days... but not much. Did it look as you remembered it? Or perhaps you have been there recently and so you've seen all that's 'new'? Nice Photoby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
EDIT - Never mind, I figured it out. I can be so dense.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
'running' is simply the most universal common denominator. We all run as kids... 'racing', I would say almost without exception, is the first 'sports' competition any of us, male or female, participate in. It's as natural to us as scratching with a hind leg is to a dog when you scratch their belly.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
And sstrams is right, I've done what he suggests... unfortunately it's still not always 'easy' for me. - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
the way I worded it, and then especially using Young as an example, made it sound like I was speaking of Goff as the second coming of Vick. But that's not what I 'meant'. 9r read it that way as well and then chose better descriptive words. Not for a second did I think Goff brought a strong 'running game' to the table. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
because it certainly seems to be the 'feature' event these days. But I can't... nothing to do with not appreciating their talents, I do. And I do watch, for a while... couple matches maybe, but then... <yawn>by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Quite a few people have noted that in his debut - Goff didn't. Hmmm. If so, why? Because, as many writers like to say, "This ain't college, it's the Pros, so he can't"? I dunno. There is no denying that the game gets faster in the Pros, and you're obviously facing more talented defensive players, that's a given. So a couple things that have crossed my mind... first, how manyby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
And like you I don't want to come off as callous, uncaring... because that ain't it. What you describe is 'part' of what I meant when I used the word "Manipulative".by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
When my son was about 13 or 14 he went to a gig with me.... Trailer Park, like a KOA, with a community hall on site. When there my son met a young girl his age and they hit it off. Spent the entire evening together.. sitting, walking, talking. Charlie noticed. Charlie couldn't concentrate on music that night, he was too busy watching Erik, my son, AND... cheering him on. :thumbsup From tby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
My high school class met for our 10 year reunion - then again, I think, for our 20th? And since then, I don't think there has been a big reunion, although there were some last minute get togethers involving a very few people. Funny you should bring this up... my class is having a class reunion this coming Saturday, I won't be there.. allow me to explain, and it won't be a 'good' excuse.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub

With age comes wisdom, that's what I keep telling myself. But it's true, I believe, that getting my hopes too high, or too low, really doesn't happen no matter how emotional I get during games, even preseason games. So I can just let myself go.. scream, shout, want a preseason win - - cuss, moan, curse Fisher - and at the end of the day I'm quite aware of what it all really means in the lonby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
In the photo at the end of this post you can see Charlie, far right, black vest, turned up Cowboy hat. Charlie was quite a bit older than the rest of us. I'm not sure how much older, but at least a decade or so, perhaps more. Charlie was the 'salt of the earth'. They don't come nicer, they don't come more friendly; he was whom you pray to find as a friend in this life. Buckskin endedby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub

and perhaps I'm seeing things through a veil of nostalgia, our coverage was once that way... or much closer anyway. Today we get a few in depth profiles of other athletes that I like, and I'm sure they ARE legit, but they seem so 'manipulative'. I wonder, am I remembering things accurately? I don't know.... but it sure seems so. I agree with you. But I think it's been that way for soby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Dallas came out and it was like a well greased machine both in execution and ESPECIALLY in tempo. The Rams looked plodding, tentative, reactive. It was so in your face, to me anyway, that it was like watching you or me going up against Usain Bolt. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
