Would continue to reiterate not to discount at all Sean McVay's chances with the Rams.by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
I read somewhere that waufle was either staying with the Rams or retiring.by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
The defense was undisciplined too. Just shows itself differently. Personal fouls. Throwing flags at refs, etcby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Gary Klein -The Rams will interview Atlanta OC Kyle Shanahan day after Saturday's game against Seahawks, person with knowledge of situation said.by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRampage2K- Could learn something about patience and vision. Bell is amazing. Man I wanted this guy badly in the draft back in 2013:cry I agree gurley needs more patience. Let's be fair though. The Rams lineman don't hold their blocks like the steelers do. I suspect that fact has a lot to do with his impatience when running this year. Jerome Bettis developed this same issue in 94.by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Ok. Interesting response... lol. Why would you say David Shula as apposed to a John Gruden as an example????by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
#Rams currently trying to figure out options on talking to Kyle Shanahan after blizzard made interview today impossibleby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Told Gregg Williams will be bringing assts. Brandon Fisher, Dennard Wilson & Blake Williams to #Browns. Possibly more.by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
The Browns have secured Gregg Williams to be their next defensive coordinator. Done deal. Wholesale changes coming to defensive staffby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Alex Marvez Source tells @sn_nfl that @Browns making change at defensive coordinator. Offered job to Gregg Williams; Wade Phillips also contactedby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Everything I've read about this guy is very impressive... but would you have the stones to hire him NOW???by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
I think we'd all like these questions answered. Just not sure they ever will be. The fact he's probably on his way out is a pretty good indicator that he had voice in player personnel decisionsby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm not saying Williams did a bad job, but I think this core group of defenders could actually be. Enter with a more conservative scheme. Add a FS and a LB to these guys and run something that isn't so blitz dependent...by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBigGame81 Either Demoff wants Snead to stay or not. I don't get why a HC would have any influence on that decision but I guess it might. Well I suspect it's a fluid situation. If at the end of this "your guy" isn't a fan of the scouting sides success, he's gone. I think it's quite clear at this point the Rams are st best "skeptical" of the job Snead has done..by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
From Hammond- FYI, Rams' traveling interview group includes Kevin Demoff, Les Snead, Tony Pastoors. At some point, Stan Kroenke also becomes involved. How can a coach be honest about personnel when GM is in the room? Would prefer another football man being involved, but we'll see how it goes...by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Always impressive. Rams are lucky to have him....by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Perfect example of a guy who will probably be overpaid in free agency. Has a chronic knee problem and is always beat up. Good for him. Good #2. Don't think he'll play up to his contract. Good for him. He was almost out of the league 3 years ago.by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
I really think they don't want to limit their coaching field by hiring a GM first. A guy like Shanahan probably wants to bring in his dad in the front office. I think that may be a selling point for the Rams over the broncos??? Pres of football operations: Shanahan (Dad) GM: As agreed to by Shanahans and Rams Coach: Kyle Shanahan Sounds good to me?by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
He's a 3-4 guy. Doesn't fit our personnelby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
I keep Robinson. Let the new staff give it a go. He has raw power you can't teach and if they can't make it work at T I try him at guard.by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
What concern's me is that I keep reading Demoff and Snead will be doing them. Unlike most here, I do have faith in Demoff to know he needs some experienced football people running the process. I suspect and hope that Snead is involved only for input and the slight chance the coach want's him to stay on. I hope not. I wish just one reputable reporter would let us know that there's anotherby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
From the players mouths... They need accountability... Coaches that push them to better.... Don't allow the same mistakes to happen over and over.... These are all indictment's on Fisher. Nobody else....by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Idk...as someone who has coached, when you allow a laid back environment, that's not conducive to having a team that plays hard, smart, and precise football. And what you see over time is players actually regress mentally. There's always exceptions, but if your not pushing, challenging, and holding them accountable for there errors/mistakes, they don't improve. QuoteSunTzu_vs_Camus This is just my opinion on Fisher but I thot he had many of these qualities Casserly mentions... 1) Leadership - Can he command a room? Presence?...........................Fisher 2) Communication - Can he communicate with people at all levels?........Fisher 3) Character - Can you count on the guy?................................................Fisher 4) Judgement - Whaby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Sounds like a man who is saying I'm not interested "right now", but that could change if you give me everything I want... I'll pass for now. To many other good options to take that riskby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Blazer is just preaching to the choir in St. Louis. The St Louis media as a whole has chosen the easy way out on this stuff. Rather than why things are the way they are. That wouldn't be popular there though would it???? .......Kroenke is a greedy devil. He doesn't want to win. LA is a terrible sports town. The sports fans don't support their teams. LA fans want to be entertained...... LAby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
DailyNewsVinny You're going to see a lot of names flying around. It's an attractive job. But #Rams are being meticulous/methodical rather than rushed.by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotebigjimram21 Agreed, but was he fully recovered from the back surgery? He seemed slower and weaker . May just need the off-season to get back in top form. But this year means he must restructure or bye bye for sure. No way. I need to see another season before I do anything. He's still young. Pass rushers are valuable.by tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotelaram You don't know how they're doing it "thus far". You have no idea what methodology they're using in making the decisions moving forward. Your problem is taking what you've heard from some media outlets as gospel. That's your mistake. Here's the question... is A guy like Wolf running this, because that would be the smartest thing the Rams could do? Just the taste oby tonyde - RamsFootballFans.com
