Because I'll post what I'm thinking rather than what I think you want to hear.by RamUK - Game Time Forum
Forget about semantics it was clear what Dallas wanted. That to me was the ref trying to be a smartazzby RamUK - Game Time Forum
Not many interviewers would have asked AW about the Pats filming. And massive kudos to Andrew for not ducking the question. It seems the entire league is suspicious of the Patriots. Hmmm.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
He'd cost us $13m against the cap if we cut him. He effectively costs us $3m next year against cutting him. And I doubt we can trade him because of his concussion concerns.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
And I'm delighted to be wrong. Keep the crow coming.by RamUK - Game Time Forum
And we haven't made the playoffs. Would you rather we'd lost to the Seahawks if that means the 9ers don't win the division? Or is a win over the Seahawks more important than making it harder for the 9ers? I think I'd take the win, if nothing else than for all the loyal Rams gams who have paid to go to the game, but it would be mightily tempting.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
That seems like throwing the baby out with the bathwater to me. Just make it so winning the division doesn't guarantee anything more.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
I get that it is what it is, but it's patently ridiculous that a team can win 4 more games than another team and the latter makes the playoffs and the former doesn't. Surely you want the 6 best teams from each conference in the playoffs?by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
Not consciously anyway. It's an unconscious thing. It's like when first round players bounce around getting chance after chance when they are clearly not up to NFL level. He was a first rounder so he must be better than this. Then coaches will be looking out for the good elements and disregarding other stuff - at least to begin with. The win has to be the Bulger comeback. Nothing else close imho. But equally, no single play matches this.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
I've been writing a blog and books for 14 years and have a lot of social media followers which of course opens you up to all sorts of stuff. Whenever I get abuse it always makes me laugh. My wife, on the other hand, goes nuts. A woman once emailed me to say 'Why don't you **** off back to England you Queen-loving Limey *******' I was almost crying with laughter and my wife was apopleby RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
Because the majority of people in such positions are men. I'm sure if I told you the nurse looking after a family member was great, you'd think it was a woman. And I'm also confident that is I told you I just got off a call with my cousin Peter, you'd think she was a he, when she's not. The brain uses heuristics, it's just how it is. I think *intent* is so important because it's crazyby RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
That's utterly ridiculous. I hope Jackson weighs in and says he has no problem with it.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
Ok, you're RIGHT, from a literal point, but you know exactly what I meant.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
'And it remains nearly inexplicable that the Rams went from playing in the Super Bowl last season to playoff outsiders a year later' Since 2001 here are teams that made the Super Bowl and didn't make the playoffs the following year - and we're not even out at this point. 2000 - Giants 2001 - Rams 2002 - Raiders 2003 - Panthers 2004 - Eagles 2006 - Bears 2007 - Patriots 2015 - Pantherby RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
It doesn't look like a team that's quit to me!by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
How underrated Corey Littleton is. Announcers say it, football writers say it, ex-players say it and posters say it. If literally everybody thinks you're underrated how on earth can you be underrated? Interesting article though, thanks for posting.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
Churchill is spinning in his grave. FWIW, I don't see the 9ers losing 3 more games. They were unlucky to lose to the Ravens and we know how good they are.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
I totally agree. I always talk about The Rams, LA is an afterthought. And I think most players feel the same way Holt and Faulk never played in LA but they seem just as enthusiastic. The city is irrelevant to a huge proportion of Rams fans.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, he was, but he didn't have that kind of success. That was as a manager/coach.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
That's why they have such large squads and rotate players. A top team like Liverpool or Man City will play 60+ games a season and often 2 games in a week. Mind you, other than with there being slightly more European games, it's been that way since the 60's.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
Different competitions. The top teams play in 4. The Premier League, the FA Cup and a minor competition called League Cup in which even half decent teams play their reserves which are both knock out competitions. And the European Champions League which starts as a league and then moves to knock out in the later stages.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
Not. It's absolutely frickin' awesome. That was his seventh consecutive game with a PR of less than 100 for the first time in his career. Next season we will see how good BB really is with no QB.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
How much some of you gentlemen of advanced years hate the Vikings! I'm totally ambivalent about them tbh. There are only 4 teams I dislike strongly, the Seahawks. 9ers, Pats and Dallas. :imsorryby RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
How could you not want to be in the hunt even if the odds are 100-1? It beats zero.by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
And I'm not sure who I dislike the most. Plus, Brady. All his success has come with the greatest QB of all-time at the helm. Their run in is super easy. If we can beat the Seahawks and win out then a loss to the Vikings and 9ers would mean we have the same record. With no head to head tiebreaker does anybody know who'd progress as things stand?by RamUK - RamsFootballFans.com
