I always felt that they were collectively kind of a dumb team. This isn't the first time that they've done stuff like this. Reid's play calling is leaving a lot to be desired however.by Classicalwit - Game Time Forum
They're very talented, but I just always felt that most of their players are dumb. Now we're getting late hits and cheap shots.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com

He also should have kicked a field goal. Not sure why you'd goof around in a game like this.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
People talk about what a smart Coach Andy Reid is, but he makes some bad coaching decisions. Not sure what he saw to make him pass up a field goal attempt by one of the league's best kickers and a possible 10 point lead. It reminds me of the call that he made a few years ago against the Bengals at the end of the first half.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
See; this is what I'm talking about. Why would Goff losing in the NFC Championship game to one of the best teams in the NFL constitute choking? Meanwhile, the glory-boy Josh Allen and his media-loved mate Dak Prescott continue to underperform and lose every year in the playoffs. It's not even arguable because the whole world knows that they dont play well in big games. Yet, for those two QBby Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
All these lame sportswriters know how to do is write about the quarterbacks. Why aren't they writing about defensive schemes and the challenges that they present to an offense or what offenses can do to attack particular schemes? There are over 32 players on each team besides the quarterback that can influence the outcome of a game.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
Conspiracy theories are like cheap candy. They seem tasty at first, but then you realize (if you're lucky at least) that you are consuming junk, and that with just a little effort, good food is easily available.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJamesJM"The Rams can play with anyone and beat them". If the Rams can make significant and profound improvement in the secondary and get an elite (or even sub elite) edge rusher and linebacker, then I will achieve that level of confidence.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
It's the Ravens and the 49ers. Because they have defenses to go along with their offenses. I think the 49ers' defense will make short work of the Lions' offense and that will be that. So it goes.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com

I heard some very unflattering things about Dan Marino from a female friend of mine who went to school with him.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
Your observations match mine, Les. And I don't hate Josh Allen, I think he's great. I'd much rather have Matt Stafford though. Any day of the week and twice on the weekends.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
I liked Johnny Joe Idaho (Joe Montana), Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, and Brett Favre. Colin Kaepernick was also intriguing. Currently, I always pull for Joe Burrow, and Justin Herbert. (I also cheer for Jared Goff, but he doesn't count because my feelings towards him are Rams-based.) I like Matt Stafford and Joe Burrow.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
Congratulations to Coach Rah!by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
It's unfortunate that the position group can't be improved over injured players, castoffs, and journeymen. It would be nice to have a first rate player at the position for a change, someone like George Kittle.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
Speed, I think you just emphasized my point. It's not that I think these players aren't good players, but that they have become sacrosanct. When they make mistakes, people (media and fans) fall over themselves to try and look the other way. I'm not the only one who knows that this is the case, and it's no longer going unvocalized. Chris Canty was on air yesterday talking about the way Joshby Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com

The running attack improved tremendously during his tenure.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
Because he doesn't need to! We all know how bad he is, right? The Rams have had such a hard time since he set foot in the facility! He's the worst coach that ever existed and no other team should want him, not even a little.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
It's nothing against the quarterbacks; it's the blind unwillingness of people to see their flaws or to criticize them.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com

I'd like to see them land the corner from Clemson in the first round, even if they move up to do it.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
The Rams should pay Dotson and ask Noteboom to restructure or take a pay cut. He's a good backup to hold on to if he can stay healthy. The same with Allen. And what's going on with Bruss? Has he just busted out?by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
We'll wait and see how this goes over. I've heard a lot of different theories about why people want to pull for the 49ers but they all seem to have to do with wanting to see Jared Goff fail because those people always thought he would? Some kind of validation of a personal opinion or belief which is sad. Reasoning should work in exactly the reverse manner.by Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Allen would have the potential to do very well. But, it seems like he likes the long spectacular throw. The 49ers have had a more controlled, timing-based, passing attack since the days of Bill Walsh. So, maybe Josh Allen could adapt to that. I think Purdy would do fine in Buffalo's offense, and would probably make it more efficient and less prone to turnovers. Especially in the plaby Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
I think you're right if you are talking about his physical ability, but are their mental abilities the same? For instance, would Purdy have missed wide open WRs at the end of the Bills' game against the Chiefs last week like Allen did? Making those kinds of plays are what ultimately wins you championships, not behind-the-back passes and things like that. A QB needs to be able to play thby Classicalwit - RamsFootballFans.com
