QuoteSunTzu_vs_Camus for a 18-20m/yr WR?? The other ones...sure, throw out the 1st rounders...but all are valid 2nd round trade baits. imo Is Higbee worth a 2nd rounder? Kupp might be worth a late 1st. But surely not a 1st and a 2nd. Trade markets traditionally undervalue player value, IMO. Los Angeles Rams: Who Will Earn the Punt/Kick Return Duties? By Holden Kantor, DowntownRams.com Ever since Pharoh Coopers all-pro special teams season in 2017, the Rams have struggled in the punt/kick return department. Now with JoJo Natson released, who will the Rams newly hired Coach Bonamego turn over those duties to in the 2020 season? If college football season doesn’t happen, NFL likely will play on Saturdays Bad news: There may be no college football on Saturdays this year. Pretty sure Everett gets his 4th year with the Rams. But I’m also pretty sure that he’s in ‘prove it’ territory if he wants to be here next year and beyond. I’m pulling for him but it’s now all about on-field results.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills I most certainly did not. I said Higbee is the better athlete And more often than not the better athletes end up being the better players There are exceptions like QB although that is clearly and obviously changing in today’s NFL Tyler Higbee emerging last year for several of us (Alyo for example) was not a shock. We just thought it would happen sooner. My only issue wiby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Gotta disagree on this part, 69. “ Say what you want about Gurley, but defenses had to game plan for him when he was on our roster. None of our RBs nor the current OL have earned that respect. Thus they will continue to look to derail Goff and the passing game first. Solution? more 12 personnel and running the ball on passing downs to keep defenses honest.” Other teams were watching the Gurby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Stu Jackson has distinguished himself with this series of interviewing Ram positional coaches. They’ve been very interesting and informative. Thiry and DaSilva should take note. The other thing is that it’s becoming more and more apparent that Snead/McVay/Staley have quietly assembled a lot of quality players on this D. This D is hardly AD, Ramsey and the other 9 dwarfs.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills his athleticism is what makes him a better football player not sure how you can miss that... he’s bigger, stronger, faster, taller that’s what makes Kelce, Kittle, and Reed (when he was healthy) better than other TEs One of the things that shocked me reagarding Everett was his average speed As for their production, until the second half of last year no one accept me wasby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills I think Higbee is a better athlete than Everett He bigger, taller, faster, of course that doesn’t mean Everett isn’t a good athlete of course he is but IMO Higbee is the one that startles That being said Everett simply needs to stay healthy and have opportunities to show what he’s got. I’ve got a feeling, and it’s a strong one, that the pundits are grossly underestimating the Rams this offseason. I foresee improvement in all 3 phases for this year. Offense seems slightly better than last year on balance. Todd who? Lol. I think we’ll see better OL play, better RB play, and the Jefferson/Reynolds combo will be more effective than the ‘19 Cooks version. And need I mention thby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Woods is an indispensable part of this McVay O. ‘Course, so is Kupp. Gotta find a way to extend both. On D, Ramsey is a ‘must have’. All 3 are core players, IMO. Somehow Demoff must extend all 3 stars. Technically, Woods is a Ram through ‘21, but maybe Demoff is starting his extension chess moves with Woods?by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
After reading the Ramsey and AD pressers, it seems obvious that there will be changes in certain things and how each will be deployed. QuoteLMU93 ...that in my opinion revving up RBs production in the passing game is more important than replacing Cooks deep threat production. First, Jefferson is a different type of WR to Cooks- much more in Woods and Kupp's mold- which is fine. If he can get open he can get open- whether that's 12 yards downfield, 15, 20. Pretty exciting to think about, huh? The Ramsey possibilities are almost endless, limited only by Staley’s imagination.
