That's the problem, he really doesn't have a year under his belt, that ACL basically wiped out a year of development. I'm not gonna write the kid off but anything we get from him before 2024 is gravy at this point given the work he needs to do on technique and his injury.

Gaines was a good NT who could provide a tad bit of pressure on pass rush. It absolutely matters who replaces him.

The kid didn't look ready to start last season, got injured which wiped out a year of development. I don't expect him to start this season but it's gravy if he wins a job. I do expect him to win a starting G job next season though. If not, then I'll be disappointed in the pick.

There are so few practice reps available during the week, having a committee approach is seriously hard. Most likely there will be a third receiver with Atwell having a package of plays too but that will be it. Skow's got a massive leg up on Nacua but there's always a chance that Nacua could blow us away in camp and steal it from him.

Rams do not run "90% inside." I appreciate OND's passion and effort he puts into his posts but his inaccuracies are rampant and it's honestly not worth sifting through to find one nugget of interest when so much of what he writes is wrong.

Best case scenario is Rochelle puts it together this year and wins a starting spot. I'm pumping the breaks on THT, he needs to show that he's not grabby like last year and the height really works against him, not saying he can't win a starting job but I think it's an upward battle. Blows my mind how people want to give away a guy who can pass catch, run block and pass block at a pretty good level. I wonder what people think the run blocking and pass blocking would look like with him gone. All they tend to see is if he catches passes.

Ha! Always a lurker on this board and totally appreciate all your work, it's a lot, take a break! Just saying that there's always room to quibble but that's about as good as I can see a draft going for us unless you throw out reality all together and just load us up on 1st rounds picks up and down the draft.

You need a triumvirate of passcatchers to get to the postseason. WRs/TEs/RBs however they come. My guess: Kupp, Jefferson, drafted TE from this stellar class.

It's been reported that the FA receiver market isn't that great this year, the draft class is thin, I think Woods will get enough interest that he'll get a decent deal with a good team this year, more than we can provide (if we wanted him back). In a different draft/FA class year, I think he'd probably only be looking at 1-2 offers. More like 3-5 this year from teams.

Robert Mayes and Nate Tice mentioned that the two positions that a good coach can actually materially make the players better is Oline and Secondary... partly because so much of their success is working in unison.

Sorry to hear man. Parking at Sofi just blows, there's not enough of it and cause media is onsite, they take up spaces too! Honestly, unless you're coming from far away, taking rideshare there is the way to go or if I'm driving I park in El Segundo and take the shuttle. That was super easy the last time.

Yeah, I think that's most likely what happened. Not arguing if it was the right or wrong call, maybe having two Kromers Krom is better than one. But it doesn't seem like something McVay wanted to do.
