but I'm just saying he doesn't have the embattled look of an HC who's job has slipped thru his fingers. I base that on nuthin...but looking at him during press conferences. Hardly a scientific method!! LOL I have no idea what happens to Fisher...just seems Stan & Fish have their own agreement. we'll see. I don't care either way. it can be frustrating...but without the offense helping by pulling it's own weight... it'll continue to make the defense even more inconsistent...cuz they'll start to press....and that's when mistakes happen. Bu, honestly? his record still really was middling....why was he the hot candidate? Is there something more than wins...clearly there must be, cuz Fisher's record before 2012 was obvious to all. Why hire a HC with a losing record? I just think there are so many factors that go into being an HC that it is very hard to quantify it using only the colors of Black & White. To be clear, I have no dog iby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
and all the players, staff and schemes that were tried and how they were gone by 2012?! Fisher builds a roster but has not gotten the wins. Fire him and hire someone new....okay. Just don't be so sure the new HC will be lights out as winning in the NFL is hard....and most fail or are avg. Sorry, but I'm not even with Harbough(who's offense was conservative like ours & PeteCarroll too anby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
the weak being a vet OC with a real ability to score points with his incoming system. I think Stan sees Fisher as a great overall leader(ala Vermeil) but needs a good OC to maximize the defense & STs efforts. Or maybe not. I have no idea. I just hear what Demoff says....and see how Fisher acts... and do not see Fisher even being spooked/nervous bout being fired. Now, Fisher couldby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

I'm not immune to it either. But change is a big deal for a team and I have no idea what goes on for a team that moves cities and how hard that is. It seems like it is not a big deal, but then other HCs mention the smallest alteration in a team's schedule(like how many miles they travel for away games ,etc) and I wonder if moving is more a disruption than I give it credit for. I dunno. Someby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

and, I know you & I respectfully disagree here R2K, but I agree with Polian about some basic continuity with Fisher (for another year only). But I could Stan giving Fisher a contract for 3 years to let Fisher get to play in the fruits of the new stadium. That's between Stan & Fisher and no one knows how deep their relationship goes. It's like when HCs say, "injuries are no excuse".... but that's absolutely absurd.... IT MATTERS if their star/best players do not play...as it is quite possible that fact might contribute to a poor outing and a team loss. Sometimes, teams win in spite of that....and every color of gray in between. This whole "injuries are not an excuse" is just hilarious sports PC gonby SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com
as for the Goff high throws? It's cuz he can't step into the throw due to pressure in his face etc.... Goff missed a few open guys with high throws, but he's adjusting to big-boy hits now... Seriously? The writer Hammond has just written another flat, empty, obvious article and simply collecting "The direct deposits from owner". Do some digging and reporting and tell fans somethin we DON'T know!! lol Jeesh! Next Hammond article... Having a great QB helps quite a lot....and the Hawks were stuck at 7-9bs for years before they drafted RW and he played like Dak. no one thot these QBs would pan out like they did....even Dallas had Dak as the 3rd or 4th option on draft day after (Lynch & Cook). Dak play just like RW...and looks to have Dallas set for many years, especially after they trade Romo for a #1 pick next year.by SunTzu_vs_Camus - RamsFootballFans.com

in a good way...there's lots to do here besides follow a team that is playing poorly. Like any team, WIN...and the fans will come and get excited. I mean I think it's 5 or 6 million/year...and he's in a college atmosphere with young men that won't question him on a great college campus resurrecting a moribund team in his 2nd year. within his power- in order to keep his team together and focused. Generally, most HCs & players are expected to keep things in house and when they use the press to air grievances it's usually not what fans or teams tend to think is protocol.
