Andre Sam LSU 767 71.2 Just a guy ... doesn't really stand out anywhere. His drills were decent. Beau Brade Maryland 729 67.8 DNP ... if there's any chance he slides I'm all over it. Day 3 target of mine Calen Bullock USC 845 71.5 This guy is polarizing for a number of reasons ... but his athleticism is not one. 6-2 188 ... smooth drills .. 4.48 is above average and the 1.51 split showsby Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com
What a class, its like a kid going to an ice cream shop and not being able to decide on a flavor because they all look so good. Adonai Mitchell Texas 888 72.2 I don't know if any player helped themselves as much as Mitchell. 4.34 at his size, 41.5 vert .. and a history of acrobatic catches ... I think we are on the same page this year, so not much to add. Andru Phillips Kentucky 710 71.7 Feisty competitor, 4.48 but quick acceleration (1.51 split) and burst 42 vert. He could easily slide but I like him as a 4th CB Caelen Carson Wake Forest 650 73.7 DNP ... bummer. Might work well for us, he'll slide and he has really good tape. Nothing a shot of cattle antibiotics can't fix. Anyhow, I have so little to add since we are seemingly on the same page this year. I might touch on a few. Audric Estime Notre Dame 388 94.2 I wanted him to run slow .. he did. He showed great burst numbers. I have him targeted if we trade down and nab a 4th rounder or extra 3rd. QB: To me its really Pratt and Milton RB: deep list, simply because I have so few on day 2. Audric Estime - do not care about his 40 time Bucky Irving - Excellent pass catcher, wished he ran faster for his size, he's still a football player Will Shipley - team player with excellent pass catching skills, hard worker Braelon Allen - love his size, speed combo Cody Schrader - lots of miles, bby Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com
A consensus top 3 WR coming into the combine. Yes, even by me. In fact, I remember being wowed by his athleticism during testing and drills. Absolutely fell in love with this kid. He measured 6'-2 1/2" 215 lbs.33 1/4" arms and 9 1/4" hands. Great size and length for the position. Testing: 4.45 40, 1.51 sec 10 yard split, 36 1/2" vert, 10'-5" broad jump, 17 reps. As far as Milton, we all knew his arm was a rail gun. Howitzer doesn't even begin to describe it. He needs to get more accurate and I wonder if he can read a defense. But I mocked him to the Rams in 1.0 on day 3 simply on athletic upside. Where I picked him, if he fails, no harm no foul. RB Isaac Guerendo, Louisville - not gonna lie, he came out of nowhere to me. Not sure what to do with him nby Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com
edited for the correction. I knew I could count on you to correct me. :thumbsupby Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com
Build and keep a very good OL not only to keep Stafford upright, but when the time comes for his replacement, you already have a OL in place to protect the new guy. Bradford got the crap beat out of him because they never had the OL fixed. Look at David Carr as another example. Saquan Barkley and Jones are another example, you can draft all the playmakers and QBs you want, but until that line isby Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com
I'm still running thru combine footage, as I spent most of the weekend in and out of the hospital with my future father in law. Nothing real serious, but hard to watch a combine while traveling and/or in the hospital chatting with doctors. But I always get a kick out of combine winners and losers, sure some may slide around a little, but for the most part not much changes. I am a ways from finby Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com

Here is a look at how Mel Kiper's Top rankings stack up by each position. QB He has the top 6 in the same order I do, after that we differ a bit, but not much. Looks good to me. 1. but Fred Warner are a rare animal. Question, are you willing to spend a 2nd round pick on Wilson, for him to be a part time player? Or would you rather spend a 2nd round pick on a fulltime starter? And get a quick LBer to pair with EJ later on, like day 3. I know what I'd prefer.by Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com

then why did he only have 6 sacks in the last 3 years? answer: he has absolutely no pass rush moves, it's speed to win and if that gets stonewalled, he's done. on the opposite end, Latu wins with less athleticism because he has a devastating swim, dip and rip, spin and a stutter false step. football is about executionby Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com

someone asked me and alyo a few weeks ago about our thoughts on him. I said all day motor, but he looks slow. I need to back into my dvr. he's a solid 2nd rounder. Quote3030 RB Audric Estime - Notre Dame I like him, think he would compliment Williams well. I have a 3rd round grade on him. CB Ennis Rakestraw - Mizzou I think he is at his best as a press man corner so thats interesting, 2nd round grade. EDGE Bralen Trice - Washington Haven't had time to see what he weighed in at, but he's a tad stiff, and his size makes him a 43 DE, 2nd round grade LB Jaylby Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com
A kid like Puka, or Young or Turner. They all just love football and work their tails off every day. He may not have that flexion in his ankles to flatten the edge and turn a 90 degree corner to the QB, but he is super advanced with his hand usage, changing his pace and angles from which he attacks. Specifically a LG. He can get upright too often and when he does that, he loses all his leverage. As the saying goes, low man wins. Even though I think he is a very good athlete for the position, speed did give him issues from what I saw. So put him in at LG, in a phone both and I think you have a very good starter for a long time. And in a pinch, you can swing him to OT. Or start him at OG aby Deadpool - RamsFootballFans.com
So you tender Jackson to keep him as your starting LT for 1 more year, and then draft his replacement with a round 1 pick, which is fine since Mims will need a year anyways, but after that... Resign Dotson as a top priority, great. Resign Shelton for 2 more years meaning your interior line is set through 2025. But then you draft Beebe to be your LG of the future in the 2nd round? Last year I was in love with Drew Sanders for the same things you are talking about now. Sanders led Arkansas in tackles 103ish and sacks 9.5 playing the MLB spot. I thought you could have him line up next to Jones inside and move him outside on passing downs as a pass rusher. And I still think Wilson is a 3rd rounder just like Sanders. And again, we are off on maybe 2% of players. I couldn't pull it off ... I usually try to get one out after the Senior Bowl, but I got keyboard tied every time. First, I can't without trading down with that first pick. Next, there are too many guys close at WR and CB for me to do it without seeing times from the combine. Super smart. Nasty demeanor on the field that I love. Not dirty, but he wants to dominate you for 60 mins and for you to know you were dominated. After I realized he had played OC, I immediately thought this guy could be my OC1. I think he could be a OC, a OG or a OT in a pinch and not let you down.
