That man is either a heavy drinker, or, more likely, he just needs to use sunblock when he is out in the sun. That is skin cancer waiting to happen man. Wear a hat or use sunblock!by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
They talk in code, like all FO people do. But they actually provide more substantive answers than most. McVay is the anti-Belichik when it comes to answering questions. OK, so who knows about Lance Dunbar? More than once they said, well there was something they want at RB that they tried to get from Dunbar, and now they see whatever that is in Henderson. While at one point McVay almost admby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com

In some ways, I think the OL is the most impactful position group aside from QB. We have been blessed in the last two years to have a consistent, talented group that was not dominant but was very proficient and probably at worst top 10 in the league and likely much better. If Noteboom and Allen will allow us to stay at that level, then fine, pick up a few more developmental players later inby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com

After reading yours, I have to go back and think about adding in offensive line play. It really is key - possibly more key to offense than secondary play is to defense.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Here is a fun offseason conversation starter. Put, IN ORDER, the top 5 factors that you believe lead to team success in the NFL Here are mine 1. Quality of starting QB 2. Quality of head coach/coaching staff 3. Draft effectiveness 4. Quality of player development 5. Quality of defensive backs #5 because it is a passing league first and foremost.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
The Super Bowl is a funny game. Losing in the Super Bowl somehow makes you feel like the season was a failure. Just today I am thinking about some things, based on what I am reading on this board. * Just two years ago, we had just hired a new head coach. He has already taken us to a Super Bowl * Just two years ago, we thought our top of the draft QB was a failure. He has also taken paby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
On this board, we have a tendency to compare our team to some imaginary perfect squad with unlimited resources and not see the reality of what we have in front of us. I too am excited to see the continued development of some of our core young players. Within 2 years we will probably be arguing about if we can afford to keep them. Ebukam is an interesting case - his big plays were the diffeby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I trust the coaches to watch the tape and decide whether he merits a roster spot. When I occasionally focused on him, he was pretty uninspiring in 2018, and he got beat on some big plays. But I am no DC or DB coach. At best, he looked to me like a 4th CB. Competentish but you don't want to have to depend on him. I wonder though, if that is all you are getting, if you are better off takingby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
The forgotten WR from the GSOT days, but when KW really need a first down he turned to Proehl. In his entire career with the Rams, I only saw him catch one 3rd down pass short of the sticks. And of course he had huge, clutch plays in the 1999 postseason.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Our 33 year old coach in his 2nd year and in his first Super Bowl got outcoached by the greatest ( and douchiest!) coach of all time in his ninth SB. Our 24 year old QB in his 3rd year, first Super Bowl, got outplayed by the wily old GOAT QB in his 9th SB. Oh, and did I mention it was anyone's game until the very end? I am proud of our Rams and feel they have no reason to hang their heby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com

I felt the 2001 Rams team was one of the most dominant teams of the modern era. So losing that one to a cheating Patriots team hurt bad. Especially with the refs letting them mug faulk and the receivers all day when we had a timing based offense. I want to win bad to avenge the 2001 season but really am happy our season has been so great regardless.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
It seems that the Patriots always seem to get the benefit of calls, or lack of calls, in the Super Bowl. I'm worried that the NFL will be more worried about optics than fairness and that our secondary will get called very closely on DPI and holding. But that the same will not apply to the Patriots. In essence, I am worried that each team will be playing with a different set of rules. NRC inby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes Rantoul IL and I am living in what used to be base housing. You are right, it is really sad to see all the empty decaying buildings on what used to be the base. The town is doing better, but it will take decades to recover, if ever, from the loss of the base.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I was working in the basement during the game, listening on the radio while my wife watched it upstairs. A couple of times I thought it would be nice to actually see the game, and went upstairs to watch for a while. Each time, bad things happened, Cubs had errors, gave up walks, etc. and generally went downhill while I was watching. After the 3rd time, I went back to the basement and didn't coby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
