My all-time favorite backfield for the Ram offense. Those 3 RB's can go down as the best ground and pound group in Rams history. Of course Dickerson and Faulk were great.......But, they alone were the backfield.by oldschoolramfan - RamsFootballFans.com

Also, Cody Davis was back there at Safety with the #1 unit. Another thing I noticed was Coach Mike Groh. He kept those WR's working and had different drills to keep them moving. He's also not afraid to call out a veteran. In a drill, the WR's are supposed to turn up field after making the catch, Britt tried to give it the ol' catch and get back in line. I was there as well......It took I.Battle about 20 minutes to navigate 8 stairs leading to the training room. Looked like his knee was the issue. It did not look good, like he won't be playing for a while. If WR Mike Thomas is 200 lbs, then I must be at least 330.....Dude is talented, but man is he skinny. I am tunnel 14, row 74...seats 1-4 on the end of the row. Shade was nice in that end zone yesterday. Where are your seats? A few Cowboy fans were being a little "jerkey" during the fist 2 quarters, of course they left before the Rams completed the comeback. All in all, it was great to see the Rams in the Coliseum, in the California sunshine, on real grass......It was a great homecomiby oldschoolramfan - RamsFootballFans.com

Haha...No, the bathrooms and everything were still the same. One thing, there is still only one big screen. I still don't know why they don't put a big screen on the 50 yard line opposite the press box and suites so everyone in the stadium can see. I am not surprised at all by Mannion and his play on Sat. night. Went to camp a few times this summer and Mannion was the biggest QB in camp. The kid can sling the ball around the field and he has been in the system for 2 years. He knows the plays and looks very comfortable running to offense. Go on the internet and read about the History Of The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. You will get the goosebumps, hair on the back of your neck will stand up, and when you watch the game tonight vs. the cowboys, we will all realize the significance of today"s game and why playing in the Coliseum is much more than playing in any other stadium. How they handle Goff. I agree with all you said as far as the move and leeway given because this has all been in motion since Fisher took over. The Rams were leaving and Fisher was hired knowing he would lead this team back to CA. You need talent and depth on the roster to win games in the NFL. Fisher and Snead had none of that when they took over 4 years ago. We can "Want" and "Wish" for better seasons, but that is not the reality. Our talent level was 7-9, or worse when you throw in the injury bug and the QB carousel. Could you imagine a 6-0 start this season......That Coliseum would be going nuts. Seriously though GRITS......This team just needs a little spark, then when that fire gets lit, this team will take off to a whole new level of football. Love the fact that Kendricks is being pushed to keep his job. That means that we have upgraded the TE position. Cook, he was a horrible blocker and dropped some easy passes. The day he pushed QB Austin Davis I was done with him. So glad we have moved on and have new blood at this position.by oldschoolramfan - RamsFootballFans.com

I don't think Britt will be on roster if Williams, Quick and Marquez keep improving. To me, the Rams will gamble on a younger WR to improve each week and fill the void of Britt. Put it this way......Britt or Thomas.....Britt or Williams.....Britt or Spruce.....Britt or Marquez....Britt or Quick.......The gap is not that wide IMHO. Right on 43...... What I saw last week at practice was more of the same. Thomas is going to stick and he is going to be a playmaker. The guy is confident and plays with aggressiveness. He will win battles for the ball. Coples and Easley....Man, they were athletic and BIG. This DL is going to be downright SCARY....I mean this group can be VERY SPECIAL.
