Seahawks going to win. But that's fine we play them in 2 weeks. IF we win today, wouldn't kill us if the Chiefs and Chargers win.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I would think if you're trying to trade someone and they're healthy, then you sit them. If you're trying to trade someone who's injured, you need to play them to show other teams they are healthy and can play.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Agree with all ...just win, baby! It's a MUST win.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
But I knew Kupp wasn't going to play. Could cost us the game today and then I could care less about this team this year. Rams better win today.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I thought when McVay came onboard, former TE's coach, and we had Higby and Everett I thought for certain we would become the Patriots with Gronk and Hernandez and a huge part of our passing attack would be to the Tight Ends. Nope. Never happened. Instead, 11 personnel and Tavon runs the fake jet sweep all game and then at some point in third quarter they actually hand him the ball on the jby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, McVay hasn't changed in 7 years so I wouldn't hold my breath. But when all the pieces are there, we usually can score 24-27 points and compete most games. And it's frustrating to watch. We don't throw deep balls. We do too much smoke and mirrors with motion behind the line of scrimmage and then run a basic play up the middle for 2 yards, we struggle to score TD's and our defense iby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
We are allowed to lose to the Vikings. Beat Raiders. Lose Vikings beat Seahawks, Dolphins and Patriots. However, that would suck. To get to 2-4, then fall to 2-5. Then we have to pull off 3 in a row: 3-5, 4-5, 5-5. Even if we do, it's a long uphill battle. We are pretty much in the playoffs already... We're one of the first teams to get into the playoffs! lol. Do we beat the raiders, get guys healthy and make a run... Or do we fold? What's your best guess? Not acceptable answer is we go somewhere in the middle, which is most likely. But if you have to pick between 5 wins or 9 wins, which is your prediction?by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

Possible return? That better be coach speak for we don't want the other team to know. He better play this week.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Do we need to re-evaluate how good/bad we are?. In other words, even with all the injuries, are we a little better than we thought?by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteLMU93 ... is the Rams go 6-6 the rest of the way and finish 7-10. It would be nice if they could do better than that but I'm not counting on it. Statistically that is probably the best bet if one were to bet. Or even 6-11, going 5-7. And I would be ok if at the end of the day, we were 7-10. *ASSUMING we manage to beat the raiders and dolphins and Patriots. Because then weby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Wasn't that the phantom sack game? Championship game vs 9'ers?by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Let's face it, we're off to one of the worst starts since the STL days... Where you are literally out of the season by week 7 and looking to next season. But somehow the cards have fallen in our favor. We are still alive despite our best efforts to shoot ourselves in the foot. Seattle, as it turns out, only beat the Broncos, Patriots and Dolphins to get to 3-0. Then proceeded to loseby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quote73Ram Offensive line is the biggest reason for Goff's success. He is very confident and comfortable setting up behind those 5. Our lines weren't all that great with him here and aren't this year. Tom Brady always had a great line. Great O'Line generally translates into good to great QB play. Goff is playing "really good" right now. I guess if the argument is beby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I would just like to officially acknowledge that the "sister" team kind of feeling we had with the Lions is long over. Yes, the Lions fans were happy to see Stafford get a SB. Yes, we were happy to see Goff finding success with the Lions. And yes, after the Rams were out of the playoffs, most of us were rooting against the 9'ers and therefore, by default, rooting for the Goff anby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteAlbaNY_Ram QuoteJimYoungblood53 But you could see the missed tackles in preseason and it has continued. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think they tackle to the ground in camp or in joint practices - only in preseason games. And since the starters didn't play in any preseason games there wasn't anything to go on once the season started. 100%. We fielded an entirely different teamby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteClassicalwit Quotekw13We beat Raiders week 7, our 6th game ... There's no way they'll lose to the Raiders. Right? This is a no brainer win. My lead lock pick of the week. Feel free to bet the farm!by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Every year you beat some teams You weren't supposed to beat. And lose to some teams you were supposed to beat.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes, hard pill to swallow to route for 9'ers. But if we can be one game back, even if we didn't make the playoffs in the end, it would mean we are playing meaningful football for quite a bit longer. If the Seahawks win, we do not make up any ground just yet. So I can pull for the 9'ers this one time. it really is in our best interest. And as you said, their remaining schedule is tough. My only issue with Shula, and it's a big one, is that I think he is trying to play his style of defense instead of playing a defense that fits the players you have and the experience they have. Morris new he had to hang on for dead life and keep everything in front of him. Not that it worked half the time.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

I wonder if McSnead is planning to acquire anyone before the deadline? My thought would be they will not get an ILB due to pride. But perhaps a CB. The other thing is if we lose to the Raiders, then don't bother. To win the division we need to beat the Raiders and Seahawks. Can lose to the Vikings, then beat the Dolphins and Patriots and we are 5-5. If we are going for the divisby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
What is the status on Avila and Jackson?? Any word?by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
We've been competitive in all our games but 1. I think only Tre White turns out to be a bust, a shell of his former self, but we will get useful play out of Parkinson, Darius Williams, and Jonah Jackson (when back healthy). I think we have to remember how bad our secondary was while we were making a run last year. We would build up a big lead only to see the defense gouged for big play afby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
On that deep pass, the safety was of no help. Appeared as if he thought the ball might be overthrown and just went behind the coverage and was useless. He thought he could get a pick and by doing so, took himself out of the play. The other player in the area somehow was Rozeboom. Not sure what he was doing way down there. If that was Spoon on the coverage, he did a great job. Was up tby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
