QuoteBerendsenRam Just in a different way Folk's. GO RAMS! I call this defense “Donald’s Dawgs”. He may be gone but his spirit of rigorous hard work daily, relentlessness and the DAWG work mentality has left an imprint on these young pups. This will be fun to watch.by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
Was hoping too the Rams would draft Schrader - straight up baller and fits the kind of player/worker/personality the Rams like. Hated when SF drafted him but now even sweeter when the play 'em.by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
Was hoping Rams would draft Schrader, but was not disappointed with Corum at all. Cody Schrader is a straight up baller. Led the SEC in rushing yards per game last year. Same build and gap type runner as Williams, Corum and Rivers. And YES he can return punts....just sayn'..... :thumbsupby Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteStafford9 Is he ready to play ....and played all 15 games and the Rams eventually won the SB? Love me some EJ, but I'd say Speights is as talented (maybe a bit more?) than Jones was his rookie season. Just sayn.......by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRockRam And, I'm not at all sure that the Rams have any use for a RB like Scott that is approaching 30 years old and sure doesn't look like the Scott I remember from a couple of seasons ago. I was excited when they got him, but I just haven't seen the explosiveness. Even when he had the long run against the Chargers at the end of the game he got caught from behind, and I thought he had &quby Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com

Rams having more scrimmages than ANY OTHER TEAM. Just listen to Big Whit - he said the vets actually got MORE reps in scrimmages than in real preseason games. It's controlled and it's less risk of injury. McVay knows what he's doing, and these rookies will be sharp on day one.by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteLMU93 Just a thought.... could Pleasant become the heir apparent in 2026 if McVay heads to the booth/TV studio then? Sean’s being coy (as he should) about his future, and we’ll need to see what this season holds. But to your point, Pleasant has HC written all over him. IF there were to be successor for Sean next year I believe he’s a no-brainer. Especially with his experience on the ofby Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
Speights a thumper, sideline to sideline speed, good instincts and hands too if you watch his film. The question is who doesn't. Reeder? Rosenbloom? My guess Reeder. A good problem to solve, but a shame either way.by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteStafford9 I like the two rookie lineman you mentioned I thought Stetson and Bruss will be cut Positives outweighs the negatives IMHO. Besides he's QB#3, differant conversation if Garoppolo not being suspended.by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com

Felt like I was right there. Covered everybody from 1st sting to a couple of UDFAs. Objective, concise and on point. :clap :bowby Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
This signing makes ultimate sense to me, it’s all about the first game – Detroit. If the Rams can come out the gate and beat Detroit, Big Mo (momentum) decidedly on their side on the schedule. Consider these thoughts: 1. Why do you think the Rams are having more scrimmages against other teams, than any other team in the NFL, first time in his tenure? McVay want’s his starters to be readyby Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
DK was not going to be a starter and was depth. Gotta lot of young pups in camp, so next man up? Provides an opening? Shula is being creative so my thinking is let’s see how he move the pieces around or who steps up before jumping into the FA pool just yet.by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteJimYoungblood53 but the case is this: Given a choice would you take Spoon or Kendrick? Geez, if that be the choice, Spoon if he'd sign up to be 3rd/4th CB off the bench. I'm hoping Tomlinson can stay on the field (no knucklehead penalties), or a rookie can surprise us (Wallace, Lampkin).by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
Not sure why are folks are so high on Witherspoon. He was money first few games, then dropped off considerably late season IMHO, and got torched in Detroit. What's the case to bring him back?by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteFlorida_Ram The Rams traded their 2nd round pick in 2025 and their 155tth in 2025 with the Carolina Panthers to select Braden Fiske. Many of the draft gurus thought the Rams overvalued and reached for Fiske after the trade details were released. (Did the Rams go all in on Fiske when they should've stayed put?). QuoteJimYoungblood53 QuoteLeoram You could be right, and are right, he CAN run 12 personnel with Parkinson and Allen, for example ... and when Higby healthy, can match with him as well ... and force teams into base defenses, their 3-4 and 4-3 and even force and 8th man in the box -- but they have been doing that with 11 personnel as well. QuoteRantoulRam Can't believe I have to ask this question. Sure. McVay added John Streicher to the staff to be his coordinator of game strategy, a game manager consultant if you would. Help on clock management and advise on game strategy (hopefully like, keep running the ball when it's working instead of throwing three straight red zone incompletions). THIS!: QuoteramBRO I'm hoping that, if John Streicher is empowered (and listened to), he will convince McVay to: A) stay patient with the run game in the red zone (I think that we already saw some limited improvement in that department last season) and, B ) knock it off with the play verbiage filibusters that force us to call unnecessary timeouts during non-critical possessions (that we'll ultimaby Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
Rams were hot at the right time last year (couple of squeakers, but we’ll take ‘em). Could have (should have?) beat Detroit away (not to mention Baltimore) when nobody gave them a chance. But the veterans led and the rookies exceeded all expectations. Fast forward to 2024. Improved at all levels of offense. Improved at all levels of the defense (aka “Donald’s Dawgs”). And last year’s rookiby Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com

I don’t know why I waste my time. So a 26 year old player in only his second season after a great first season is washed up. "it is fair to wonder whether or not Young is already a finished prospect and if he’s hit his ceiling." SMH :S Can’t wait until we have something sensible to discuss.by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
It was a tense game, the Bucs were more than a handful. When Ricky caught the ball, he rolled over as we went to the ground so most of the stadium didn’t know if he caught it until he got up and the ref signaled touchdown. The stadium absolutely erupted in the most explosive sound I’ve ever heard. Deafening. Don’t know for how long. My absolute favorite catch of all time as well.by Rambone - RamsFootballFans.com
