If you look at what they have done I think it's a definite improvement. They replaced Hoecht with Stewart, Rozeboom with Paul.Kupp replaced with Adams who I think will be a upgrade just because he is healthier and I love Kupp but he was not the same last season. I believe a big reason McVay hasn't used Tutu is due to our offence needs the WR's to block on run plays and due to his size Tutu would not be very effective.

I agree, CB is a weak area for the Rams. Lucky our pass rush is so good. Not sure if there is a CB worth taking at 26 though.

For me it all starts and ends with Walter. He did it all and for many years on a bad Bears team. As far as my favourite Rams RB it is Marshall Faulk, but Steven Jackson is close! Can you imagine Jackson in our offence today??
