Blows my mind how people want to give away a guy who can pass catch, run block and pass block at a pretty good level. I wonder what people think the run blocking and pass blocking would look like with him gone. All they tend to see is if he catches passes.

Ha! Always a lurker on this board and totally appreciate all your work, it's a lot, take a break! Just saying that there's always room to quibble but that's about as good as I can see a draft going for us unless you throw out reality all together and just load us up on 1st rounds picks up and down the draft.

We won 5 games last year with an injury decimated team, as long as we stay healthy, the floor will be 5 games... now the ceiling may only be 6!

You need a triumvirate of passcatchers to get to the postseason. WRs/TEs/RBs however they come. My guess: Kupp, Jefferson, drafted TE from this stellar class.

I think every bit of reporting speaks to a "retool" not a "rebuild." It's been reported that the FA receiver market isn't that great this year, the draft class is thin, I think Woods will get enough interest that he'll get a decent deal with a good team this year, more than we can provide (if we wanted him back). In a different draft/FA class year, I think he'd probably only be looking at 1-2 offers. More like 3-5 this year from teams.

Robert Mayes and Nate Tice mentioned that the two positions that a good coach can actually materially make the players better is Oline and Secondary... partly because so much of their success is working in unison.

Sorry to hear man. Parking at Sofi just blows, there's not enough of it and cause media is onsite, they take up spaces too! Honestly, unless you're coming from far away, taking rideshare there is the way to go or if I'm driving I park in El Segundo and take the shuttle. That was super easy the last time.

Yeah, I think that's most likely what happened. Not arguing if it was the right or wrong call, maybe having two Kromers Krom is better than one. But it doesn't seem like something McVay wanted to do.

McVay did not want to cause either young Kromer wasn't ready yet or he wanted a different voice in the role of assistant OL coach and not just someone who would parrot Kromer. In 2019, I was willing to give him a pass and say it was the oline, Gurley and Cook being hurt but there were some worries I had about him when he wasn't doing well in the pure passing situations that McVay had schemed up more for him. Hey man, long time lurker here but Santa Monica resident. LAX to Santa Monica is not too far but traffic is the rub. I would say it should be anywhere from 30 min to 45 min to get from LAX to Santa Monica Expo line.
