The Rams got Bryon Young with pick number 77 of the 2023 draft which is the pick Miami gave for Ramsey. I know what you are saying. I agree in that it often seems low what the Rams get in return for trades. But Ramsey is north of 30 and had a knee injury last year. Training camp report from Saturday July 27 - 4 months ago

I attended practice at training camp on July 27th. Thanks again to Albany for the tickets. My girlfriend and I drove up from San Diego. Traffic flowed easily on the 5 on and then the 405 because traffic was in the opposite direction with everyone heading down to San Diego to attend Comic Con. We had a great day. The training camp experience for fans has changed for the worse. I have seen the Rams practice in Prattville, Wisconsin, Macomb, Illinois, Earth City, Missouri. I would drive to these towns last minute. My girl at the time would say you always come home from training camp sun burned and happy. I was never turned away from watching training camp. Season ticket holders got first dibs this year.
