The thing that I don't get is these talking heads saying Elliott didn't get a fair hearing. And these stupid judges granting stays when this is really about one thing. Not if Elliott did or did not do these things, but does the commissioner have the power to determine punishment for conduct he deems detrimental to the image of the NFL. And the CBA gives him that power. He took into account all thby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com

Great post brother!!! Glad you are back. Take care. Go Rams.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Interesting with their trouble at QB , that they didn't push to get him. Maybe they did but NE took the SF deal. Not sure but the Pats know more about him than anyone and they let him walk cheap.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Hags could definitely get beat by Houston. They have very good WRs and Watson is Playing like, well a young Russell Wilson. And even without Watt that defense will Give the Hags offense all it can handle.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Grits makes a great point that this coaching staff is very familiar with the giants . McVay will make sure these players are aware of the giants ability to upset their plans.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah a lot of tough injuries this year. Let's just not mention any Rams so we don't get jinxed. I know, I know nothing we say or do changes the outcome but we still do strange things every game day don't we?:moonby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Don't know Arizona, on Friday NFL live both Tedy Bruschi and Herm Edwards picked the Cards by double digits . And while Jared Goff still has a lot of room for improvement , Nick Wright called him below average. Hope the Rams keep feeding these tools crow all year long.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
That Sam Farmer tweet was classic. "With a two touchdown lead the Chargers have quieted the home crowd" :lol3by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
I like McVay's answer about the fact the team hasn't arrived yet. The fact is they can be way better on offense just by getting more time on the field. Every play review makes them better, especially Goff. Room for lots of improvement for this offense and they are learning every game. Here's to continued growth.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
That's the worry. Giants are just terrible but they do play good defense. Thing is the only reason they beat Denver is Siemian is absolutely terrible. Same thing happened against the chargers yesterday. Also the Titans team isn't as scary as they were made out to be. Looked really bad against Cleveland.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Agree that McVay needs to spend the extra time with Sammy . He's such a freak that you just have to get him involved in game day. Him being involved will just open the field so much more that defenses will not know what's coming. One other thing you said regarding TG, He really is playing well and getting him involved in the passing game via the check downs has really kept his head in the gameby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Don't forget the Steelers.Their defense is pretty good and if the divas on offense get their minds right that team can score with anyone.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
On Dallas, SF offense moved the ball better with Hoyer at QB. He isn't great but much better than Beatherd right now. And on Darnold, if they tell him he goes top two he's coming out. No reason to stay(not sure he gets better with that coaching staff at SC).by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
This team still makes me nervous because of their inconsistent play on both sides of the ball. But not many thought they would be playing this well while learning a new offensive AND defensive system. I am not sure what JG's ceiling is but he can get much better especially the long ball. But I really want to see them win this Sunday, I Hate BA and the Cards so beating them would be swby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
My question is why wasn't that offensive PI on Cooper in the first quarter? They were running together and he clearly shoved the DB away and down to free himself up. They throw the flag and then what, someone says we have to get out of here after the game, just pick up the flag.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
My question is why the heck is the NFL stopping the change? I mean is it they think every team is going to want to change their uniforms? And my 2nd question is just wear the blue and gold ones until 2019. The white horns looks stupid with the rest of the old uniforms.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
With Dunbar in the mix it will expand this McVay offense even more. You can have both he and TG on the field together which after they burn LBs enough will force teams to use extra DBs which means running the ball out of passing formations. Lots of diversity with Dunbar if healthy. Wish TA could run routes well enough to force the same kind of challenge for defenses. I have never figurby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Agreed 43. Thought the Rams outplayed Seattle but kept shooting themselves in the foot. Gurley fumble was huge(why not secure the ball , it was going to be first and goal at the 1) Missed field goal(7-7 and then a chip shot, really?) And Goff's pass over TG in the red zone was an ugly pick. And that JG to Kupp pass, man that would have been so sweet!. Like you want to see that offenby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah but it would be nice if the Rams defense starts playing as soon as the first quarter starts . When this defense puts up a complete game it will be pretty ugly for whatever team it is playing. Cards defense isn't as good as it used to be and haven't heard about Petersen's Quad yet. McVAy needs to call a great game and get this offense going early.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah the Bucs can't rush the passer to save their lives and can't cover either. Add the fact they can't play the run they were the perfect medicine for an ailing Arizona team. Rams defense is much tougher than the Bucs and I don't care how big your lead is 27 points in the 4th quarter is a lot. The Cards Oline still isn't that good and Palmer is still a statue back there. Depends on the Rby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Nothing a good QB coach couldn't fix. Think he is not getting great QB coaching at USC. Hasn't improved over last year. imo. Love the kid though.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
But they lost both OBJ, Marshall, and I think Shepard last week. No running game and now down their top 3 WRs, Rams should beat them. Even their defense is falling apart.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Like JG a lot but he has a long way to go. Think he answered the question about being able to take his team down in the waning minutes to try to win the game. Three great throws(not sure what he could have done on the throw to Kupp, placement wise ). Soon he will be able to finish these drives off. He will make mistakes but he will learn from them.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Cam Newton is just not very accurate and when he does make the throws on target the WRs have a better than 50% chance to drop it. His Ints last night were terrible.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
He will serve the 6 games. Once the court ruled for the NFL on Tom Brady that made all this court maneuvering by the NFLPA and Zeke moot. The courts will ultimately rule the Commissioner has the complete power to discipline players whose conduct hurts the league's image. (I know, there is so much more things happening that makes this league look bad).Maybe he is right and nothing happenby bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
I replayed it over and over and the ball was touching TG when his foot hit out of bounds. It was close but I thought it was still his before it came out.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Not going to predict Though I think Rams win. Just hope it isn't close, that they whip their butts because I can't stand close games. it isn't good for my health.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
Agree, and if the defense that played the Colts in the first half shows up the Rams will slaughter them. 18 points and over 200 yards by halftime. The Seahags better bring something way better than that if they don't want to be embarrassed.by bigjimram21 - RamsFootballFans.com
