QuoteRAMbler ....their fare share vs the Cowboys. Even if the Rams win there will be excuses. If we blow them out, it will be an "off day for Dallas", if we beat them in a close one, it will be all about "lady luck", and if we lose... well.... That's just how it is... So, like someone has already mentioned... I don't listen to those guys... That's probably all true.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Adam Schien had McVay on a live phone interview this morning (which was great) and they talked about Gurley's availability. I'd prefer around 90% but I know that isn't gonna happen. Man, the Rams fans at the Chiefs game made me PROUD. Watching that on TV I could hear the fans cheering on our team as they were engaged, loud and vocal. That must have been electric to be there. I'm hoping for the same on Saturday night!by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamgator I'll go a WEEK without stupid jokes! If the Rams hold Dallas to 16 or less, we'll all let you DOUBLE the amount of stupid jokes for a week! Hell, we may even laugh at one or two!! :lol1by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Cousins??? Newton??? Josh Allen??? That's some funny stuff right there. I agree with you that we should wait one more year to extend him but I certainly don't agree with you on your assessment of Goff.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't see how the Cowboys or Hags would be "infinitely easier" opponents. I think the Hags would be a very tough out because it's hard to beat a team 3 times in one season. The Cowboys have that good defense and since Amari Cooper, a productive offense. Whoever we play, I just pray we win so we don't go "one and done" two years in a row. That's what I'm hoping for.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills You play them both and split their carries. You pull out the tape of the Saints and how they use Kamara and Ingram and don’t think twice about it You turn to you oline and you let them know that they will be delivering the blows against the Bears, Cowboys, or Seahawks and you run that football down their throats and lineup in 12, 21, and yes 22 personnel. Sorry, bad joke. Like others have said, zero turnovers and ball control. Run both Gurley and Anderson, making play action that more effective. Give Goff time for a quick strike attack.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
I was looking for him when they sent in all the subs but I didn't notice him. Did he play? If he couldn't even get on the field towards the end of that game, that's not a good sign.by RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
Look, I know he had a bad stretch of 3 games where he admittedly did not look very good. Why? I don't know for sure. But I think for some of these "Goff is middling" type of posts, the recent memory is taking center stage. If one were to look at his entire body of work to date, I think one would see a guy that is on his way to being considered one of the best in the game. When is 12 Personnel not 12 Personnel? altho it was interesting (great?) to see the rams offense mix it up by going with a lot of 12 personnel groupings @ arizona, the 22 tape has me wondering if the move was more a reynolds demotion than a commitment to a standard 12 personnel scheme... i say this because technically speaking thby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSunTzu_vs_Camus I'd really like to play the rooks these last 2 games...I think McVay really needs to rotate more rooks in and get them experience cuz we're just an injury away. There needs to be as small a drop-off as possible when the subs come in...and so we really need to play the rooks more. imo Play-off teams need a strong bench after a grueling 17 games season. #1 priority is wiby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAlbaNY_Ram When the Rams go with their 11 package they still have 2 top 20ish WRs and the defense adjusts by taking out their run-stuffer LB and bringing in their 3rd CB. I bet McVay has a dozen ways to arrange for that #3 CB to end up covering Woods or Cooks. Quotewaterfield When you look at the three worst bad ass guys in a locker room-they are on the Rams (Suh, Talib, Peters). Karma guys-its real. I had to walk, without legs, to the Coliseum before there ever was a Coliseum, uphill both ways, in the snow, to see my Rams. And by golly, I liked it!
