Quoteferragamo79 I had some guys painting my house over the summer and they would always be drinking Bud and offering it to me. but.........I rarely turn down beer-especially when it's free. I'll drink anything like Walter MAtthau in Bad News Bears. I hadn't had a Bud in years and I remember why. If I'm gonna get a huge beer belly, it' not gonna be because of drinking gross beer like Coby six2stack - Bucky's Pub
QuoteSaguaro Just a few thoughts. Fisher's "I'm not going to go 7-9" pronouncement left me unmoved. It was just words, and frankly, it seemed almost rehearsed and pro forma, rather than passionate, to me. I don't think it was for the cameras, I think it was for the new young players in the room who probably don't even know what the Rams record was the last few years, and who arenby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteCROMWELL21 Other than Goff and Higbee not much. Michael Thomas not having a good camp? Not according to posters here. Here's what they said about Thomas: He has shown he can get open, but has struggled to catch the ball. Thomas has more drops than any player in camp. That's probably a pretty accurate assessment right now. The key is he can get open. Work on the Jugs machine willby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, if you can't tackle the result is a TD. Fisher is HC, so it doesn't surprise me that the Rams don't work on it until the 1st preseason game:confusedby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteMamaRAMa Thank you, Blacksheep for gettin' it. It ain't that hard to understand. This is a results-business. And overall, Fisher's results have been mediocre. I used to wear rose-colored glasses, too. Guess what? I got new glasses. I've had new glasses for the last few years now, primarily because Fisher is HC. I understand the excitement for old Los Angeles Rams fans to get thby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBlue and Gold I always said Goff (and Wentz) were not worth the multiple #1s, etc. To me, hat ended it. You do that for the rare chance at greatness, like an Elway, to throw out one name As for #1 overall, I liked him, but from what I saw he didn't look like a #1 overall. However, there are guys without superior arm in NFL and they can win. So, to me, the Rams may not be in trouble even iby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
I really don't think Goff knew the answer to the question. It may be common knowledge, but hell, that kid has been playing football his whole life and either forgot or slept through that class. I'm sure he's smart in other areas of knowledge. I really don't care as long as he can grasp the playbook and throw accurately during games:)by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Thanks for the great review:) My fears of Tree playing MLB may be legit. I hope Singletary can teach him techniques to keep him from being engulfed in the running game. Quicks blocking ability may ensure a roster spot. I just hope the Rams figure out the best players at WR. I'd hate to see a guy like Spruce get cut and picked up by another team before he clears waivers. He would definitely beby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Fisher is not a good HC. I think Snead and the scouting department have helped in creating more talent on this team. Fisher has not developed the talent that has been given to him. He also is a horrible Game adjustment coach. I also think he makes bad decisions on challenge flags during games. I do think he has built a decent/good coaching staff for the Rams. I'm hoping that Goff develops quicklyby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
My thoughts are with Ramsrule and his family. I pray for a full and speedy recovery.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
I hope Mannion's TC play translates into good live game play. It seems there was a not so distant Rams QB that was a great practice player, but I never saw it during a real game. Keenum is no better than a true backup QB, so It'd be great to see Mannion move up ahead of him eventually.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com

When Bradley Marquez looks like the best WR in Training Camp so far, yeah, I'd say they're not happy with the situation. The signings are also an indication they want more size too and they may be moving on without Brian Quick.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com

He's a throwback player from years ago, a true Wing Back. He is the X factor and I think it's imperative that he stays. If Gurley has over 1000 yards rushing and the WRs play above average, it'll be hard for defenses toby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteIowaRam As much as I love my Rams , this is not a very good football team , and will be neck and neck with the 49ers to stay out of the celler Yeah, I agree with you looking at it objectively. The schedule is killer and no significant upgrades anywhere. Goff has great potential, but he s a rookie and may not start by week 1. I think Tree will get pushed around in the running game and losinby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRockRam without Warner? And Faulk? And Martz? And Bruce? Put Holt on the Fisher team of the last few years and no one would know his name. You gotta have a lot of pieces for a guy like Holt to thrive. He wasn't unusually big or fast or strong or elusive. He was a technician who ran precise routes and had terrific hands. So he ran all the right routes and caught the ball, butby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
Greene is 3rd in NFL history with 160 sacks and most for a LB. He deserves to be in the HOF IMHO.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
The TE battles in Training Camp will be interesting and hopefully competitive. If Higbee or Hemingway can become a downfield threat, the TE position should be okay. Harkey is a very good blocker. Kendricks is a slightly above average blocker, but just average receiving skills. The Rams really need either of the 2 rookies to get involved in the passing game. If not, it'll be a weak area for the teby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 Lest I forget, Jeff Fisher might be at the head of the Mr Overrated class with the Rams all by himself. Lol. TA is what he is. He's a very small, quick, fast, jittery RB that has good hands. His size dictates that he plays WR, but he has no polished receiving skills. He definitely has better running skills, so he must be utilized in every way possible. He's overrated as a WR, butby six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
I think they overrated the defensive front seven and underrated the OL. I'm not too hip on the LB's and the OL did pretty good last year on pass protection. They have another year under their belt and should improve their run blocking. It's really hard to argue their assessment of the receivers except that TA should give them a few notches better on his own.by six2stack - RamsFootballFans.com
