You know you are getting old when you strain your neck while weed eating.

I did a LOT of weed eating just over a week ago. After looking down for so long and I guess a particular posture, I found myself with my neck feeling REALLY tight when I'd look up. I'm CERTAIN that 97 degrees and tons of humidity did not help. Since then, my neck aches right where it meets the skull and I have a very subtle surface headache across the back third of my head. It's not disabling at all. Just annoying. I might go to my Chiro again tomorrow.
