FINALLY!! My neck adjusted!

The muscles around my neck and up the back of my head are still a tad..very slight tender. But that should go away by tomorrow. I had actually taken Motrin the last 2 days and it seemed to help relax my ache. I wonder if it relaxed things enough to help with the adjustment? Probably should have taken Motrin sooner but I am very stubborn when it comes to taken stuff for pain. I don't like covering up issues.
