Football Weekend...

As I replied below my youngest grandson's team lost last night in the semi--finals. Hell of a game....I forget the score, maybe 45-40? We lost on a TD pass with 4 seconds left in the game.
Elijah never lacks for support. Cousins to his right and his sister and brother to his left.
Off to High School and JV ball. Some tears last night but not as many as you'd think... friendship trumps all.
My grandson on the left of that photo. The tall young man in that photo is the son of our HS coach.... who played on the team featured in the movie "When The Game Stand Tall".
NOW... JC. playoffs! My grandson Ashton finishes his season next week then playoffs time. Ashton is on the far right of that first photo, in black.
Life is good.
