I recently had to replace a door knob on the door from my house into my garage. Searching a new one on HomeDepot I made an amazing discovery... a door knob that to 'enter', (the door swings into the house obviously), you just have to 'push' the door knob... no need to twist it. SO WHAT, you say?
Well, in my garage I have another fridge plus a big freezer... we're in and out of that door constantly. so you load up, hands full... and PRESTO... you simply push the knob and the door swings open. It's wonderful.
Secure? Not really... but like all doors out of your house it's also got a dead bolt lock... so yes, it's secure.
