Here in Florida, from mid June to almost Halloween, it CONSTANTLY rains. I mean, last week, I KNOW we had 5+ inches of rain in my neighborhood. We can have standing water from rain...EVEN HURRICANES, and freaking MORONS let their sprinklers run anyway. And people are "STUNNED" to see lakes around here barely hanging on? It's why I cringe when I see every patch of trees cleared in this state for ANOTHER cookie cutter subdivision loaded with more idiots. During my walk this morning, I counted no less than 5 yards with water pissing away and I live in an area not crammed with houses.
