So my grandson is #19...

he had #81 last year until he broke his foot. He didn't like #81... asked for change, which they allowed because he never suited up last year - having broken his foot the 5th day of preseason practice.... they just issued him #19.... NOT his first choice, his first choice was #8... his HS number.

Kudo's to Mason... he didn't take the winter off, 2 a days all winter and 3 a days starting two weeks ago.... spring training starts in two weeks. He didn't gain much weight... but I wouldn't want to fight him. I swear he's 0% body fat... all muscle, (yes, I know 0% is impossible nor would it be healthy). He's doing 3 a days because he couldn't do much leg work this winter.. due to his recovery from surgery.

He's coming home this weekend, for a week... we're headed to my ranch hoping to see a mountain lion.
