I believe that was SF at their best.... they couldn't have played any better - - - - and they lost! I thought the Niners were going to win that game.... and if I could have known beforehand that they'd play as tough and as well as they did, (no one can accuse them of being flat, or intimidated), and still lose..... wellllll, not a chance in hell I would have believed that.
SF gave the Chiefs their best shot - - - the Chiefs beat them. I said before the game I would most have liked the Niners to get crushed - - well, I may have to rethink that. That they gave it their all and lost.... that could be pinnacle and most rewarding SF loss. - JamesJM
