With a receiver like Kupp and Nacua's debut I'm not at all surprised at the 'interest'... and I'm talking about interest from non-Ram fans. BUT....I am surprised at the level of interest.... which, around *ME*, is quite amazing.... it's the talk of the town (area).
Played Golf yesterday with 3 of my grandsons. My grandsons, all football players, and I are avid football fans so sure... we talked football. A LOT of football. Play was slow on the course so we had to wait on nearly every Tee... I think it was hole #3 that I heard the group ahead of us discussing....... you guessed it. Nacua and Kupp playing together for the first time. Than again on the back 9, different group ahead of us and the discussion? You guessed it again... Kupp and Nacua.
Then there is around town.... and among friends - Bear fans, Packer fans, Cowboy fans, Niner fans, Raider fans, Charger fans.... you name it..... the focus this week? Kupp and Nacua.
I don't check viewer counts for specific games... never had any interest in doing so.... but this week I may be searching for that info because I am VERY curious at how many tune in to Rams vs Eagles.
Anecdotal... admittedly, but around *ME* this is major news and the game is being anticipated nearly as much as.... dare I make the conjecture? A Playoff game. - JamesJM
