If I’m Carolina, I call the Rams about Van Jefferson + Allen Robinson. Really friendly combo to throw to; speed/versatile threat in Jefferson (whose dad, Shawn, is now the WRs coach there) and a vet with a wide catch radius. Rams picking up some A-Rob $. All great for a young QB.

Jefferson specifically is a No. 2 in LA who has No. 1 potential if not for Kupp’s target share. Entering last year on his deal. Not saying the Rams would do it (they love Jefferson, awesome dude, and his presence was an anchor for a lot of young WRs last yr) but it makes sense.

Just thinking out loud - Rams giving Robinson permission to seek a trade and willingness to take on salary indicates an openness to be a part of a package trade (and however you feel about his season, was a total pro every day, again good for a young Q

I think they’re gonna draft one or more TEs and a WR, but who knows
