McVay needs to do some "Poaching" of his own......

Every year, there are teams coming to our staff and taking away our coaches.
McVay needs to go get VETERAN COACHES.....NFL COACHES.
McVay is well connected to the NFL by now.....He knows the "hot, innovative" up and coming coaches....It's time to formulate a Staff that will allow longevity and continuity to take place.....At least at the OC/DC positions.
He needs to go do some POACHING of his own!
