One thing I thought of last night.....Rams Offense and language.

The Rams "NEW OC" will have to come in and LEARN the Rams offensive language.

McVay is not going to change the language and have Stafford learn a whole new offense again.

That means LaFluer could be in the mix.....Zak Robinson could be promoted....Greg Olson could be promoted.....New OC is a "RUN FIRST/OLINE" guy and will brought in to "Blend" his run game with McVay's pass game. (Like Kromer did.)

Could eliminate a lot of candidates out there simply because they want to run "their offense and language."

Any thoughts????
