I like the thought of Ryans, but my best guess is Payton won't take a job until after McVay decides on what his future is because he wants the Rams HC gig
Combine that with Stan Kroenke wanting to maintain championship standards in his $5B palace.....
Would love for McVay to stay, but like I said earlier, are we gonna have to go through this every year?? He certainly isn't showing great leadership right now imo.
Payton would be odds on favorite to take his place if he does decide to go....which might just be exactly what this team needs right now
