Listening to Colin Cowherd he is saying what I thought about McVay

Letting coaches go that he has relationships with is not his strength, and I do not mean taking promotions. McVay is telling coaches to seek work else where so he will not have to fire them. If I had to guess, he is not happy with Morris, the OC, the line coach and the special teams coach.

McVay needs to be more like Brad Pitt in Money Ball, but apparently it eats at his soul, which is actually a good thing as far as being a good person
