Rams should be raiding practice squads

Rams obviously have a lack of talent on this team, they should be scouring practice squads and cuts to find players who can upgrade their depth.

Cut Tutu, Wolford, Evans, IR Kupp and pick up 4 players with promise off other teams practice squads. Doesn't even matter what position, but our backup QBs are not NFL caliber, our Oline needs some youthful talent.
