McVay needs a FT play calling OC.
We needed some more focus on Team building with priority to OL, RB
Kupp seemed to be in pain all game - better start looking to develop and scheme more WRs instead of the 98% for Kupp.
We need to stop focusing on Skrownek who is not Kupp.
Anyone think this is a quick fix is not peeping this teams apparent poor schemes and preparation. This is a team that fades in the 4th qtr.
We are losing back to back games and under .500 and we are soft.

McVay has made significant errors in his choices all year and I am talking personnel decisions.
Those picks matter and not developing young WR or integrating veterans. Over reliance on scheme and not coaching to the talent on the field.
F them picks well this is it an F grade.
Huge blunders not utilizing Robinson. Over utizing Akers (not the same since his injury).
Henry and Brown should be used. If Dallas could beat us then our lack of production proves we are simply not being coached and organized at a championship level so far.
