Higbee restructures

Rams restructured TE Tyler Higbee's contract, clearing $3.8 million in 2022 cap space.
It's a win for Higbee, who gets his $4.75 million sooner than he would otherwise. The move allows the Rams to spread the money out into the future, clearing space for this season. Los Angeles will now be in a better position if looking to add a veteran free agent like Odell Beckham. However, rather than targeting a specific player, the Rams could be aiming to be more flexible as they enter the 2022 season.
