Blinkscout 2022 off ball LBs

I usually break this group up into ILBs and "SPURs" or WILL LBs ... this year that didn't make sense so I put them all together.

LBs are getting smaller across the board so a 225 lb ILB is no longer a disqualifier. Some of these guys may be $ or SPUR LBs like Travin Howard when we brought him in. But the delineations are getting too thin for me to make that call. When in doubt refer to Deadpool's big board, he and I from what I saw rarely differed on where a guy would fit best.

Targets will be italicized, though I've cut all early round guys because we have two starters entrenched till 2025.
