• A pre-draft tidbit: Snead said that the Rams have three independent “personality” and acumen/football/emotional intelligence tests that they run prospects through during their evaluation process (this becomes important, especially for their later-round picks, who often have to hit a steep learning curve to play and keep up with the workload early in their first contracts, so that the rest of the ecosystem can function).
“(And) I would probably say there’s seven tools that work independently of each other,” Snead said. “Some are people doing vetting (of players in high school or college days), you’re always trying to figure out who we’re getting, and are they pro-ready?”
