Picks from friends are starting to come in...

I'm speaking of my local friends... nearly all of whom are Niner or Raiders fans.. by far mostly Niners.
Thus far.. ummmmm, I'd guess 20 I've read? All picking the Bengals.
Nary a one has picked the Rams... but I think before Sunday a few, damn few, will.
It's a very common trait with fans today... and I'm certainly not qualified to question it, but it does confuse me a bit. I don't 'want', really, anyone to win if the Ram's aren't in it except for just couple of teams. And of course NOT them if the Rams are in it... did I need to say that?
What I'm getting at is: I have always felt better if the team we lost too pre-SB was the winner. Well, except the Hawks and Niners, if I'm honest. Always been that way... which leads me too...
