Got to believe Scott stays, Rapp goes

Both Rapp and Scott are signed through the next year. The difference: Scott is under a million, Rapp is $2.8 million. And clearly Ramsey doesn't trust Rapp to be in position.

I'd bet that the Rams release Rapp, which saves $2.5 mil against the cap. They're going to be scrambling for every dollar to resign players that they really want to keep and it appears they're stocked well enough at Safety. A secondary with Fuller and Scott is going to be a better one than Fuller and Rapp.
