How did Nick Scott last until the 7th round?

Someone reported that his 40 time is in the 4.45 range. It was obvious from the first time I saw him on special teams that he's a heady player -- just seemed to know what he was doing and looked like a leader. He seems to have good hands on the basis of his recent interception. We saw that he can hit. After the starting safeties were injured, I was worried that the back-ups would be a liability in the playoffs, but that hasn't happened. This guy appears to be an amazing find for the 7th round.
