now Flores has turned on Belichick

Flores lost all credibility with me when he trashed John Elway. That ended up back-firing when it came out that Elway got back in town on a late-night flight to make the meeting. Now Flores is trashing Bill Belichick, who gave him his start in 2004 and mentored him all the way up the ladder to defensive coordinator through several Super Bowl titles, and this led to Flores getting a job as a head coach. At this time, there is only one African American head coach, but that is not what this is about. It's about a man who was given a chance to be a head coach. He did fairly well, but like many other head coaches in the history of the NFL, he got fired because the owner wanted better (perhaps after looking at the quick turn-arounds by head coaches such as Sean McVay and Zac Taylor). What this is really about is a man who lost his job and then just lashed out at everyone. Of course, the media isn't portraying it for what it is.
