Is McVay in danger of burnout?

I heard a talking head mention it a couple years ago. Yesterday Mike Florio (?) predicted McVay would retire after he wins the Super Bowl ala Dick Vermeil. It does seem possible that he is on an unsustainable course. Consider the "All In" moves and his tireless efforts to micromanage this team. I just don't know if his style of coaching is sustainable. I think this theory has legs.
